Dosing serostim 5mg

I have some legit serostim 5mg vials that comes with 1ml sterile water. Each 5mg vial is 15iu. My question is after injecting the 1ml
Sterile water into the 5mg powder, how do i dose my iu's with a standard insulin pin. Notches on pon are .1 .2 .3 etc up to 1ml. What notch would get me 4iu and what notch would get me 5iu. Im used to the nord pens so im a bit confused.

Do you feel this way if one is using 6-9iu/day? There sero doesn't "feel" that degraded to me on the 2nd or 3rd day but at the cost I guess I should just switch to bac water to be safe?
Also measure out 1ML/1CC/100units of bac water maybe a tad bit over when you go to mix ( be careful those 1ML bac waters and STERILE waters have a history of being 1.2-1.6ml which will throw a huge wrench into dosing lol...so whether u use a 1ml amp of bac water or a 20ml jug try to measure out close to 1ml with you syringe to mix the seros with that'll lead to pretty accurate dosing
to make the dosing a little easier for him i would add 1.5ml of bacteriostatic water so every 10 on the insulin pin will equate to 1iu.
DO NOT USE THE STERILE WATER PROVIDED WITH THEM
To answer your question you need to buy and use bacteriostatic water seros are meant to be dosed like one vial at a time...so for it to keep and have a shelf life for multiple days/weeks use vac water...also 5mg is 15iu (approx) so if you mix 1ML water with it then each 10 on the syringe considering it has 100units is1.5iu so 100units is 15iu therefore 10uniys is 1.5iu as long as you have u100 1ml (1cc) syringes this also makes each little line 1/100 .15iu so for 2iu approx 13-14 out of 100 units on the side 13units is 1.95iu 14 units is 2.1iu tbh at that point your splittinghairs and it'll be hard to get 13 over 14 it'll be an approx
