Do I need to worry about insulin sensitivity/resistance at 4 iu’s?
ad
I’m thinking of starting a year long run of 4 iu’s a day. I’ve ran cycles of gear before and am very good at monitoring bloodwork and not running into any negative side effects because it but new to HGH. I’ve read a shit ton of info and my main question is at only 4 iu’s a day for a year do I need to worry about blood glucose levels climbing into pre diabetic territory or running into any insulin sensitivity/resistance issues? Obviously I know everyone is different and there’s no single, simple answer for everyone but if you have any experience/advice with this I’d love to hear it.

Was basically going to say exactly what Norblin just told you. I’ve been working my way up super slowly the last few months because I start holding crazy water if I don’t and carpal tunnel kicks my ass as well. Been checking my glucose few times a week at 3.5 now and I’m still steady in the 80’s fasted. Just keep an eye on it because everyone’s different. What’s fine for me may be a problem for you. Always better to know exactly what’s going on.
I appreciate it. Seems like it appears to be a pretty safe dose in general for most but I’ll definitely still keep an eye on it.
I’ve been running 4iu daily for a couple months on a cut and my fasting glucose has stayed the same, low 80s. If you’re worried you can always measure fasted glucose every morning and pull the gh if it trends up or too high
For sure I’m planning on getting a glucose monitor and watching it closely just didn’t know if it’s even something to worry about at all at that dose. Thanks for the insight!
