anyone know what would be the best way to check my growth/igf1 levels in the uk? is it a simple blood test or a urine test and can you do it on the nhs or is it private clinics only

This is the cheapest private option IMO. you could complain with the common symptoms and tell your GP that you suspect you might have low GH and that you want a IGF1 test . If he/she is not one of them douche bags who relish telling off every patient, they might agree for a checkup which will save your £.
