There's plenty of sources carrying tirzepatide. From what I've seen, it's easier to source semaglutide though.
If you can not find that maybe you can find any of the GLP1 Agonists or similar ones, like Ozempic, Liraglutide,Monjourno,Wegovy etc something should come up especially on this site if you look good enough.
