igf lr3 suspenion question

I have a 0.9% sodium chloride solution and ba water. What should i use to reconstitute my igf? I have read posts prefering one over the other and i am just a little confused. Thanks for your help guys.

I have only used Acetic Acid and everything I have read recommends that solution in order to "unwind" the igf-1, so to speak. It worked for me and I used a conversion from distilled white vinegar, diluting it with BW and cleaning it through a 22mic whatman.
