broflex it depends on your desire as to which peptides you use. I for example used cjc1295 twice weekly and ghrp6 daily and really shreaded down and cut the fat nicely eating clean and on my standard cycle. They can be quite effective and can even be used as a start up or kind of a preload to growth if that is your next step. I will say this, if growth like effects are what you want, there is no substitute for growth. Growth is the only thing that will add new cells to your body. Gear will only increase the size of the individual cells you already have, this is also not attainable with peptides since they are around 40 strands rather than the 191 strands needed to produce actual growth. So again, depends on your goals. Keep in mind my results were achieved on cycle so I have no idea what they will do off cycle. I can tell you there are some regeneration effects with peps as well. My skin quickly became smoother, much quicker than with growth. However, the effects wore off much quicker than growth and in fact, those effects don't wear off with growth at all. I have also heard of site injections with peptides to clean up an injury.
