IGF-1 LR3 dosage

Hello everyone. I added 2 ml of bad water to my IGF last night. What's the right dosage I should take to see results? I have an insulin needle marked from 10 units to 100 units. Should I just do 10 on each arm? Or 5 on each?

2 ticks aka 20 units should give you your dose of 50mcg since you mixed 2mL of dilutent. As far as dosage to see results there is PLENTY of info if and when you search on here or Google it
