+ 6 Hexarelin: How it works
HEXARELIN
Hexarelin is in the category of drugs known as GH secretagogues. This category of drugs includes GHRP-2, GHRP-6, Ipamorelin, and Hexarelin. Its primary function is to stimulate the pituitary gland to produce more growth hormone. Like the other GHRPs, it has a 2-fold mechanism of action, in that it causes an increase in GH through amplifying the natural growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) signal transduction pathway, as well as by suppressing the actions of Somatostatin.
Hexarelin, on a mcg per mcg basis, is the most potent of the GHRP’s for GH release. However, Hexarelin administration will quickly lead to desensitization when used at effective dosages, which makes it less than ideal for long-term use. This limitation has led to a decrease in popularity among users of GH peptides, with GHRP-2 and Ipamorelin leading the pack in the area of long-term effectiveness. However, these limitations do not mean Hexarelin is worthless. On the contrary, Hexarelin can be added to other GHRP’s (such as GHRP-2 & Ipamorelin) in lower dosages, in order to elicit further elevations in GH without incurring the desensitization that commonly presents itself when using Hex alone at peak effective dosages.
Common benefits of GH (Hexarelin) include:
Decreases in body fat
An increase in lean mass
Increased collagen production
Improved sleep
Increased cellular repair
An increase in IGF-1
Increases in bone density
Common side effects of GH (Hexarelin) include:
Water retention
Tightness and/or carpel tunnel-like symptoms
Numbness and tingling in the extremities
A decrease in insulin sensitivity
Tiredness

RustyhookerBut if there's a decrease in insulin sensitivity, then fat storage is raised. Or am I reading this link wrong?

I believe that high levels of GH are the culprit for insulin resistance. It is not something specific to this peptide.

RustyhookerAppreciate that info! Looks then like cycling hgh or peptides that boost gh is best.
I'm going back to using chromium picolinate to get that sensitivity raised back up.
Hexarelin during pct seemed to be awesome. No blues, depression etc. Held t he weight.
It seems cycling would be best.....Ive never researched chromium picolinate but I will. I suggest looking into metformin for increasing insulin resistance.
RustyhookerBeen chatting metformin with humpnpump. Trying a non script old method first. Then if it's not doing what med reports show, will hit up the metformin.
Side note! During pct and 2 weeks following I ran hexarelin at 100mcg x 2 each day with big protein meal. 100mcg pwo with 50 gram whey and 2 servings of oats. Second pin at noon with 25 gram whey and meat. Pct was awesome! Didn't have blues or mood changes. Kept the gains.
Man researching all the different peptides can get drawn out thank you for explaining how the things that you have work!
Very nice read. I would be very interested in learning more about all peptides. I'm with iFit, don't really know much at all. Thanks Evo!
Its seems that there is some versatility with combining this pep with another. Ideally I think stacking with the Ipam and some IGF-lr3 would be an awesome combo.
as a source i dont think you can promote yourself like that
Ivan DragoIt's more informational than promotional. IMO.
I would say if he had made a comment along the lines of "Hey I've got the best peps or you won't find any other peps as good as mine" then yea it would be promoting. But I'm actually really glad that he did this cause a lot of peptides, I have no idea what they are or how the work. I would actually have no problem with more sources doing this as long as there wasn't any type of true "self promotion". It could actually be very beneficial to us and maybe eliminate some "broscience".
Thanks! We have more on its way!
In most cases it would be right saying that they aren't allowed to promote. However, ***I asked these guys to help the community my posting about peptides so we had a little more information on them! They aren't promoting. They're doing what I asked! But you would normally be right
good stuff thanx !!
Yup. I agree. This was a good idea. I don't know a peptide from a pepboys so this was helpful.
Thank you! More to come
These should all be stickeys so I can find them later. : )
Just save it to your favs.
Thank you. We have one for each product so everyone can be informed about what peptides are!
oh he had a link up earlier but i guess he removed it
