Can I reconstitute Ipamorelin and deliver it intra nasally?
ad
Please don't shoot me!!
I am in no way a fan of injecting and I have recently seen some videos on using nasal delivery of peptides.
Liquids with a molecular mass of less than 500 are very absorbable via the nose and those with a weight less than 1000 can still be effective in a nasal delivery.
However, when bacteriostatic water is added etc, does that push it over the weight thats effective for intra nasal? I think Ipamorelin is around 700 in atomic weight?
I'm really considering Ipamorelin as way to help me. In an anti aging way as I'm falling apart at the seams.
Lol.
Any help would be great
Best regards

AnonI don't know about reconstituting Ipamorelin and putting it up your nose man.
I would try the sublingual route. Using a slin pin to get the exact dosage and then drop it under my tongue, wait 45 seconds and swallow then wash it down with some water.
If it is Ipamorelin 2mg/2000mcg
I would use 2ml of bac water to reconstitute it.
Store in fridge.
100mcg dosage = 10 units on slin pin (if it's a 2000mcg vial of ipam and 2mL of bac water was used to reconstitute)
I would draw up 10 units and drop that under my tongue 2 to 3x a day.
I wouldn't run this peptide longer than 10 or 12 weeks, it tends to become ineffective after that and the longterm effects it has are not very well known.
Interesting stuff. I know a lot of US sites to do with aging are promoting Ipamorelin as a long term solution to producing more of your own GH. But I guess with most peptides it's a bit of a grey area.
AnonI was learning about and using research peptides in 2012.
I have more than a few years experience with various research peptides.
I've stacked GHRP's like Ipamorelin with "CJC-1295 w/o DAC (Mod GRF 1-29)" a few times. Both at 100mcg 3x a day for 10 weeks. Sub-q pinning only. These peptides need to be researched before used, research online what they do, half lives, sides, dosage, how long they can be run... I always started with half the dosage of what I plan to pin the first few days then go to full dose. And they need to be cycled. Time on equals time off because of possible sides and becoming ineffective. I never found any research that supported staying on any of these research peptides year around.
Thanks
I must admit that I've been reading about peptides for years now and always wanted to try them as I am decaying!!
I'm now 54 ,and even though I moderately exercise, my muscles are very weak and I get a lot of joint issues, pain etc.
My hair is greying and I actually noticed my eyebrows and chest hair is also going white!! And I checked downstairs in the "gentlemen's lounge", and there's white in the old rug too!!! Jeeze
I don't want to look like a pensioner just yet!!
Lol.
AnonI hear you. I'm getting close to 40.
If you're having some bad joint issues then BPC-157 is a really great one for that.
It stands for "Body Protecting Compound (C62-H98-N16-O22)"
It's a sequence of amino acids that your body already makes in very small amounts.
I can take the time to tell you my experiences with it and share some knowledge, just ask away if you want.
Thank you, I appreciate that.
Any experience info would be great. My only reservation with taking anything, is that through reading papers and other sources of information, there always seem to be the threat of really negative health effects, like the 'Big C', but I often wonder if this comes from individuals who are on the side of the major pharmaceutical companies who want to peddle expensive drugs.
I really cant believe that pain management has not advanced in the last 30 years!
Heard once of pt141 and one other peptides used in a nazel spray .I'd prefer pinning it. Easy sub Q.
Thanks, I guess I'm just trying to escape the tried and tested route
I've never heard of that one as a nasal spray. just a couple of nurotropics. So, No to answer your question.
I think it was put into my mind because I saw a site that sells it as a nasal spray and a few clips on youtube, although It wasn't Ipamorelin.
