SO Im an endurance athlete and am getting ready to gear up for my next big cycle. I would like to add AICAR but I have found absolutely no solid protocol on how dosage should be approached. ALso if there is anyone with a good amount of EPO info and experience I am definitely looking for help on protocol there. But its not as imperative to do the EPO as it is the AICAR.
