Work outs for eliminating the body fat.

Hey guys, just wanted to see some different workouts from the pros here that are over 40. I am at the last 4 weeks of my diet and need to throw in some muscle confusion to help me stimulate some extra burn. No gear right now, just diet. I do Half hour Cardio 6 days a week and Core on every workout...still not enough. I know there are a lot of factors here, but maybe someone has that secret regimen they want to give up :-) Thanks! This site is great! Hope I can contribute in the future.

Dfizzle45 min fasted cardio first thing in the morn works for me..
sgtstedankoI'm no pro, & I'm 4 years shy of 40. That being said; anything your body is not used to doing will work. The last 5-10 are always the hardest. Anyway, try sprinting. 3 weeks of 440s, 880s, & 100 yard dashes; Also, mixing in 30 seconds of lightly weighted jumping rope, w/pushups. Switching between the 2, every 30 seconds or so. 1st thing in the morning, on an empty stomach (nothing but bcaa, water & creatine hydro chloride. Then either workout, (double scoop whey/bcaa protein shakes before & after) or move your workouts to the evening.
Hey bro, Im actually on a diet you gave me about a month ago, doing great! Just got my blood work and my Test is extremely low 107. Its been 10 weeks since my last cycle and I had a good PCT run so its off to the doc. Good thing is by summer I should be ripped ;-) Im working my ass off in the gym, but my schedule is pretty tough at work so I can only do so much. I work out around noon when I get off work, and I work nights.
Try doing your cardio after your workout.
Warm up with lighter weights.
The theory is that you will use your immediate stores of energy (Muscle Glycogen)during your workout; getting a better workout. Thus forcing your body to draw on fat reserves for energy during your cardio.
Thanks, excellent advice, will post how it all turns out at the end of march.
YOU could also try increasing your reps to 10-15 and and super set all your exercises
simple.
more cardio.
a half hour isnt much. bump it to an hour. I personally do an hour in the AM, then another in the PM. I get results.
You're almost training for a marathon with that approach. Yes the OP will loose BF, but he'll also loose a LOAD of muscle too with 2 hrs cardio 6 X a week.
short on time I forgot to mention. Am and PM workouts would be stellar!! But not for me, I work 14 hours a day plus, so gotta do it in the time I have.
Nice bro great post! I am going to incorporate some of the lifts u put up

Few more if your interested like a fat burning shoulder routine and such. Musclepharm has nice workout plans and diet layouts as well on their website I posted a link for that in the workout section I believe. Hope this helps
Great info...I'm not over 40 yet, but let myself "feel" that way. This should help shred a lot of my fat.
right on, thanks for the post guys. I figured it would come down to a lot more cardio in some form. Im almost there, just need that extra push over the top and figured changing up my routine would do the trick.
