Ex IFBB Pro MIke Morris interview
ad
if you remember the 90s, it was the decade of the mass monsters, judging solely on mass became the norm it seemed. Also we are now seeing what it took to become a pro as some of these guys are coming out and speaking freely of their experience..good stuff, long interview but worth it IMO. Enjoy!

Very good find with lots of great 1st hand experience/knowledge.
I've watched this a few times it's a really cool video. He's actually running a lot less then most people think the pros are running, hell he's running less then some guys on here are using. I think I remember him saying he was using like 2800mg of injectables plus orals gh slin etc. definitely a lot of shit but I know guys who don't even compete who are using that much. He said he never went over 10ius of slin per shot. Everyone says the gear was so much better back then tho so that's probably equal to like 5-6gs of today's crap. I'm good friends with this ifbb pro in my gym and he was sayin the same thing. He's like I remember back in the 70s being able to take 300mg of test and be strong as an ox. Even in the early 2000s he said in 6 months he went from 216-262 with 600mg eq and either 400 or 600mg test plus like 5-6ius of serostim.
Its crazy how things have changed, im not a huge fan of todays pros looks but its the progression of the sport and win at all cost attitudes. I used to see guys like Mike Metarazzo and shit myself he was so big and he says he never touched slin. But your right on as 2800 is funny by todays standards.
PallMallInteresting, I watched the whole thing.
He's got a safety first mentality at least in his talking about stuff.
I thought it was a cool video and that there is life after BB. Loved the cop story, too funny
