I'm still trying to fine tune my trt it's close but not perfect. So my trt clinic says take my ai with my shot. My estrogen is high each time when I do my blood test am I taking it to early? I take my blood test the day before my next shot I that helps any

Byanymeans78Me personally I take mine either the night of the shot or the morning after and more so now the morning after. The only reason I don't agree with taking it with the shot(I'm not a doctor this is strictly bro science) but your body has to absorb the shot in order for Aromatization to take place so my school of thought would be IE night of or morning after.
I take it at night. I have had times where it crashed my estrogen and I couldn’t get my dick up. So taking it just before bed has helped me.
But everyone is different. Try different times to get a feel for what works best for you

Listen to your PCP and bloodwork.
I’ve never had issues with estrogen even when I was blasting 20+yrs ago. Some guys do.
I always used AI’s on how I was feeling. I never wanted to crash my estrogen. That’s worse than high estrogen. For me.
More and better communication with whoever is doing your TRT would be my only advice.
Taking AI with the shot is about right. Perhaps you just need a little more, but see what your PHCP thinks. How's your test level?

your stats say Fat as Fuck so if that is accurate higher bf levels will increase aromatase expression - current stats?
