US insurance and HCG while on HRT

My GP writes my prescriptions for TRT of Test cypionate which I self administer. I haven't discussed testicular atrophy with him, but it isn't something I should ignore.
For insurance, do others in the states have their HCG covered when they are on TRT / HRT or am I going to need to keep looking for other sources? I bought a large quantity about 18 months ago, but that source is gone and the backups source I had relied on has been getting bad reviews on their HCG for several months.
If insurance is going to cover american pharma grade, I'll take it.

I actually just started seeing a PCP who wants me to take a pharmacy compound of anastrozole and hcg eod my insurance covered test but not sure on the compound I need to submit it. He said most times they do and he has no problems speaking directly to insurance so we will see
