Trt and aromasin

Hello and thanks, I've been on trt for about 8 years now thru my Dr and he feels there is no reason for an AI , I completely disagree I goto my general practitioner and have went out on my own and purchased test and aromasin thru sources on here. 250 mg of test every 7 days, my bloodwork has been solid more so w the aromasin. I take 12.5 of aromasin once a week about two days after injection. Anyone have better input on how often to take the aromasin I do know that twice a week kills my sex drive . I know blood work and each person is different I am just curious on what others have done on trt . Thanks in advance

Technically, the idea of a single dose of aromasin, timed properly - 12 hrs pre-test peak, i.e. taken at same tome as a prop shot or a number of hourd pist cyp shot, and so on (per ester/time to peak),..... to mitigate a possible aromatase conversion is rock solid. But, only if there is an issue.
A few things; firstly, you are on a cycle, not TRT. Secondly, you have not shared why you need the aromasin, what exactly is it that makes you need it? Thirdly if aromasin kills libido it is because it causes a ripple effect, low estro, low prolactin, supressed mental state... all factors for libido - youre riding it all too low - just google the effects of low estro in men and see what you see.
Don't forget how anabolic estrogen is and how many of the so called low-testosterone symptoms it is in fact responsible for.
You have gotten your priorities crooked at the moment.

Well if you are taking 250mg of test, thats not normal prescription dose for trt (although I appreciate there can be outliers out there in the ether!). So, then we have a need for an ai... which means you are taking a dose of testosterone that results in excess testosterone being converted to estrogen (although I appreciate that fat people have far more aromatase enzyme than low-fat people).
But then we have the facts that you"went out on your own" against your doctors orders, self medicating from UG sources! And the fact you ask for input but get menstrual when someone say something you dont like... both of which make you foolish.
So... self prescribed above normal levels for trt against doctors wishes and uneccesary ancillary meds ro run estro at baseline.... which is just plain unhealthy

I have been on trt for over a year and if your dick works and your nipples aren’t getting puffy then I would lay off the aromasin. There are so many cardiovascular health benefits brought on by estrogen that it’s just a waste to take aromasin if you don’t need it.

NotNatural23Go off aromasin stay on Dr. prescribed dose which is about 50 mgs high. 200mgs max. I have tried every dose and 200mgs 2 days after inject puts me about 13 over the limit so I might even drop mine lower. get bloods from doc after off aromasin and see where estro is at if in range after a .month being off then no need if high then you can now get a prescribed estro if he is a good doctor. I would use Nolva and arimidex and mine is good at .25mgs e3d. also makes my cholesterol is alot better this way then strictly arimidex. this is what i had good luck with and this is after years of trying different ways to get it dialed in right. hope this helps.

12.5 mg of aromasin once a week is like taking a 10mg anavar one a week and expecting it to do something. Aromasin is dosed every day and if twice a week is killing your sex drive then you either dont need it or its not aromasin. Stable bloods on aromasin takes 10 days of taking it every day and then adjusting your dose from there but either way its once a day not week. Did your doc put you on a lower dose then 250 and you decided to take the 250 instead? So many red flags.
The Dr put me on 250 mg every week I have a good Dr who listens to me and works w me. So you are saying aromasin should be taken daily then adjusted? That just seems a bit much for being on trt dose of testosterone. Thanks for your help in advance!
Agreed. Something is off here. No ways is doc prescribing 250mg test per week!

NotNatural23if you dose aromasin and kills your sex drive then is sou ds like he is killing his estro. it is way to low. aromasin once a week won't keep bloods stable either. agreeing with u IM.
Aromasin wont crash your estro but it will reduce it to 10-15nl. I believe a lot of people cry wolf without bloods to prove it. His e2 is low as it is and you are right, he is lowering it even more. Maybe he shoukd ask to jave bloods taken.

You need bloodwork to dial in the dose of aromasin , 250mg a week is quite high for Dr prescribed trt
What does your bloodwork say your estro is with your TRT dose. DR. prescribed 250mg/wk of test?
