Testoterone with HGH and aging

ad

I've been on HGH for a good portion of a year, just for aging purposes. It has definitely had very positive effects. I have seen bit and pieces about combining it with testosterone, but when I look into it, it's usually all about working out, and pumping up, and cycles to bulk etc.
I don't work out, and although I might someday, not in the foreseeable future. I just want to feel better, and "drop a few years" off.
Can anyone help me out with some info on well..... anything. Type of Testosterone for just anti aging?(Or is it something besides testosterone I should be looking at?) From what little I've seen that actually addresses this topic, it seems like Test E? How much, when, do I need to do HCG after?
As I see when newbies pop on and ask basic questions they tend to get insulted and told to go do some research etc (which if I'm not mistaken is what asking questions and reading forums is? Seems counter productive to spend time writing someone on a forum to tell them to look it up themselves. lol). My lack of info is NOT due to lack of research, it's due to lack of consistent information, or information that is not all over the board, on the anti aging topic that again is not talking about chest size, and how much bulk I'm looking to gain. Actually looking to maybe raise my metabolism and drop a few pounds, which HGH has done some, but really more just looking to magnify the effects of HGH. (without shrinking anything) lol.
ANY information would be great!
Thanks

Im 52 bud..I do hgh and test. I would suggest Testosterne Ethanate. I started at 47 and look and feel GREAT.
I do work out..but even if you dont the test will definitely help!

I would start at about 250-300 mgs a week...

Even though I have a sneaking suspicion that the OP isn't ever gonna be back to read our input, I'm adding my two cents to this thread, in hopes that future readers will take my words to heart.

If there really is a fountain of youth, it's lifting.

LIFTING WEIGHTS IS THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH.

Yes, it has to be paired with the appropriate life style, like diet & rest, etc. But without the lifting component, a person simply doesn't get the anti-aging effects.

Nothing works as well as lifting. Nothing. Not cardio, not AAS, not HGH, not test, not some magical herb that you can put into pills with starch filler that you'd buy from some multi level marketing company, blah blah blah. None of that.

LIFTING WEIGHTS, SMART AND INTENSELY, THREE TO FIVE DAYS PER WEEK, TAKING ONE WEEK OFF EVERY TWELVE WEEKS OR SO, IS THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH.

Whatever strain it puts on your body, it forces the body to fix itself, to repair skeletal muscle, as well as repair the micro fractures created in your bones as you lift, which ultimately make your bones stronger, etc. This repairing mechanism is the true key to anti-aging.

Obviously, if resistance training is not paired with the appropriate lifestyle, it's pointless. You can hit the gym, then go get shitfaced, and it does zero good.

Lifting is the engine of the anti-aging train. Lifestyle follows.

Eating whole foods, lots of veggies, grass fed meats, wild caught fish, etc, all of that helps. Fasting one day a week has incredible benefits. (This is contrary to the mass monsters who advocate eating big, which yes, eating big to get big works, but if your goal is health and life extension as opposed to a goal based on size or strength, then fasting one day per week can do wonders for your health.)

Yoga. Meditation. Walking. Sure, all of it helps with anti-aging.

Nothing replaces the anti aging properties of lifting. Nothing.

This became evident to me after I watched a mini-documentary on the 25th anniversary of Pumping Iron. All of the old body builders looked healthy, full of vitality, while all of the photographers looked ragged and wrinkly, clearly in shittier health than those men who kept lifting for all of those years. (This goes for women, too. Keep lifting. Gotta do it.)

in my own life, while seeing friends from high school football from over two decades ago, all of my old football buddies who've kept lifting look infinitely healthier and more vital than my buddies who've disappeared from the gym. I'm a real life Greek god compared to some of my old mates, and I'm still 15lbs heavier than I wannabe. Some of them are ragged, even the skinny guys, not just the beer drinking fatties. (If you're a fatty who's reading this, change is possible. You can make a change. Only YOU can change, and it's worth it. Don't be discouraged. The gym awaits.)

Make no mistake, you can plug yourself full of test & HGH all you want for anti-aging properties. But the lad who lifts, eats clean, gets sleep, and keeps his mind healthy will always, ALWAYS be healthier than the dude who injects compounds and doesn't lift.

Testosterone heals you. If you don't break yourself down by lifting, you're simply gonna be a fat fuck sitting on a couch with a messed up endocrine system.

The funny part of all of this is, peeps who don't lift will always think, "I don't wanna get huge like a body builder." HA! Don't worry. You won't. What you will get is leaner. Yup. Lift weights and you'll shrink as your body burns body fat. The cool part is, you'll look way bigger and heavier as you lean out. Peeps will accuse you of being on roids as you drop body fat. My arms are smaller than they've been for a decade, but they look way bigger and more swol than they did when I was carrying an extra 25lbs of fat.

Disregard aesthetics. Let's get back to the point. Lifting is the most anti-aging thing that anyone can do, with or without AAS.

Don't be seduced by imaginary thinking. Lifting weights is a bitch. It's hard, it's hard on your body, and you're gonna spend your life being sore as fuck. Guess what?!?! You're gonna be healthier and feel better as you're "broken" from lifting than if you're "normal" and not lifting. What an irony. Squats make you limp around like an elderly man, but you're stronger and younger than peeps who are a decade younger than you who don't lift. Oh, the irony.

If you're reading this and you don't lift, get that "I don't need to lift to feel younger" bullshit out of your brain. Life is hard work. The gym is no different. But it's worth it, and it's the only magic pill you'll ever experience, ever. Hit the dumbbells. you'll thank me in a year, a decade, four decades, etc. Pick shit up and put it down. PM me if you're new to the gym and you need a program to start with. It's worth the hard work and effort, I promise.

Your body is calling. Answer the call, peeps, and get your lift in.

Your very effeminate post below may be indicitive of high estrogen, get that checked out as a matter of urgency.

Type of Testosterone for just anti aging?

NO. Stupid question... yes, there are stoopid questions as well as stoopid (and effeminate) answers

besides testosterone I should be looking at?

Self reflection is needed for your online personality. then a full lifestyle/dietary and health check for general agong issues and perhaps a visit to a antiaging expert to get a magic pill... and bloods to answer estrogen concern.

This answers your questions.

OK..... so apparently nobody actually read what I asked.... Didn't say a thing about getting a doctor to show me how to eat, or needing bloodwork. Wow, I sign into a site to try and say hi and learn a couple specific things.... I post a picture to get greeted by a douch bag comment, about roid site etiquette, like I must be an idiot for being stupid enough to post a pic without having enough friends, or karma and should have been blocked from it.... I ask a question about testosterone replacement for aging to go with hgh. Not an unrelated lesson about skipping breakfast while going to a diet doctor, .... Not looking to riod up so I can spend my day kissing my biceps in the gym mirror all day... The human body slows test production as well as hgh as it ages. Was just curious what to add to replace a bit of it. If I wanted to go to doctors and get my baseline and bloodwork and...... I'd just do it at a clinic that deals with it, and not need to waste time on ites like this talking to people who seem to be more interested in impressing themselves and others with how together they have it while trying to top the other guys pump up.... wow..... Yeah, I really wanna stay on this site. I'd be just as well to drive to the local golds, find the biggest guy there, and sneak a peak in his canvas bag while he's busy impressing himself in the mirror while looking over his shoulder to see who else is noticing. ........ I'm outta here. thanks for all that helpful info.... sheesh.

So, what you're saying is, if your car has the "idiot light" on, you'll randomly facilitate hundreds of dollars in repairs based on the age of your car in hopes to fix it. Where if you went to an auto parts store you could buy a OBDII reader for under $100 and actually fix the problem the first time. NOTICE: you do not need to go to a mechanic and spend several hundred for them to run a test. Nor did you have to let them fix the issue.

You can get lab work done independently from dozens of labs for about $100.

You can blindly spend your money on testosterone and start taking a TRT dose. But what if your natural testosterone is at 600? You'll be shutting down your natural production and replacing it with exogenous Testosterone at a dosage that may give you a level of 600. NOT TOO BRIGHT IS IT.

We all get blood work done (or should be)
We all have a baseline to work from so we can measure the effects of the testosterone we are taking (or should have)
How would you know what you're taking is any good if you didn't know what your levels were to start with?

If your levels are normal or low normal, diet, sleep and exercise can raise your levels as well as boost your metabolism without resorting to AAS. I know because it worked for me. I'm 58 years old.

So get off your self righteous high horse, put your big boy pants on and listen to the nice folks who are trying to guide you -a stranger on the internet- into making good choices; To help you meet your goals.

If you can't do that, perhaps you ought to consider moving onto a board that will spoonfeed you things you want to hear.

52 going on 16. Loved your tantrum and feet stomping here and on your pic you posted.
No one gave you a hard time on either post, but you went off like a child because you didn’t like what you heard. All this and you’re supposedly 52. It’s either a lie or it’s just very sad.

Bill G's picture

What a dick...
He specifically asked about help with his metabolism. And some weight loss. Then in his tantrum he said he got shit for skiping breakfast. I was the one that mentioned don't skip breakfast. No one is going to cosign drug use if diet and training are not there. And I missed the picture of him stomping his feet #:(

Since you seem to know so much why even post ? Things aren’t sugar coated on this site. You can learn a lot but if your sensitive and need stroked you may want to ask else where.

Owes a Review × 1
Dacky's picture

What’s the problem here. You want some help about whether or not trt is right for you. So rather than ask a bunch of guys on a STEROID review site why not go and see and endocrinologist or urologist for some professional medical advise.....or......go and get some bloodwork and post it up and some of us who are on trt and know a little something maybe willing to give you some opinions. Oh and drop the attitude....remembering this is STEROID review site after all it may help you not take things so personally. You’re 52 so surprised you’re so sensitive.

Edit: the point on the bloodwork being that adding exogenous testosterone to your system unless you actually need it won’t do shit from an anti ageing perspective. In fact it would probably make it worse given the potential side effects that would need managing. Now if you did need it this could have some very significant positive impact to your quality of life and health. So the only way to know if with a blood test.

The best thing that has helped me to boost my metabolism is eating every 2 hours. Get good rest. Don't skip breakfast ! Our bodies try to defend its self by storing "energy" as fat when we don't feed it. Fat loss and energy can be manipulated through diet. Food is fuel. Find the fuel you need personally. And talk to a doctor about trt. Not a bunch of meat heads.

Bill ... you are 100% right on the money with everything you said. That is the way I have been doing it for a large part of my life and it sure works for me :)! One of the biggest problems most people have is overeating and/or only eating when they are hungry. Our will power is weakest when we are hungry so keeping hunger at bay by small frequent meals is the ideal way to stay in control. I have often said, just as an example, no one is going to starve to death on 2400 Cal/day. Adjusting up or down based on one's metabolism and goals.

Bill G's picture

Wow I just looked at your profile. I hope I look as good as you at 50 let alone 70 brother .

27gauge27's picture

Thanks Bill ... you will ... just remember me when your 70 and think, if that old fart can do it, I can do it :)! BTW , just looked at your profile, your already there, LOL!

Greg's picture

Before all else, get blood work done. You need a baseline. You need to know where you are before you can know where you need to go.
