Does anyone have any gear advice on how to get testes back to size? Other than HCG, clomid, etc,? I am 45 years old and have been on trt for 7 years. Any alternatives to testosterone to take while getting nuts back to size? Any peptides that would help? Thanks for any advice!

AnonWhile on cruise mine will randomly shrink, then other times they seem to be just about "regular" size.
A week ago I was thinking about running hcg because of them being smaller, then out of nowhere those bad boys doubled in size.
Weird.
What's your proximity to your wife when you notice they are smaller?

When it comes to managing estrogen on that high of a dosage of HCG I would run 20mg of Nolva every night and not just depend on my AI alone to manage estrogen. I would take my AI and add Nolva if running HCG at the dosage used for recovery from ASIH.
