Over 40 Low Test ???
Hi all,
I am new to the site and have been researching for a few weeks on getting my GH levels up to kick up my test levels. Yes the typical over 40 and low test.
Can someone help me decipher what the best program for my situation is? I have been told to use an HCG and then a GH to get my body naturally back on track. I plan to use low dosing for at least 6-9 months to see how I progress. My current research has me looking at 191 AA at 2iu per day 5 times a week. I need to do something as I feel like someone sucked the life out of me.
The problem I am having is how do you know what product is "right" to achieve a more natural increase (tricking my body into producing more test). Everything I have read points me to 191 AA aminos but now I am getting conflicting info. Also the US based meds seem to be hard to decipher if they are 191 AA. When I search the recommended sites it has very different labeling.
I am not even sure at this point if 191 AA is the right one for me. I have looked into Cenegenics and do not want to sink $4K+ into finding out a simple 2iu daily (5 on 2 off) would do me nicely. Any help is appreciated.

Weird thing is I am not fat. I look pretty fit for my age.
Thanks Gorillafit. I was told it was due to my high levels of stress and being surrounded by the women in the house. One spouse and 2 girls, uhg! Talk about sucking the testosterone out of you!! Ha kidding. I was working out super intense for almost a straight year without gear (I've never used it nor felt I needed it). The Trainers told me I was keeping my stress levels too high and releasing high levels of cortisol which forced down my test levels. The Dr. said it made sense. High levels of stress at work with high intensity workouts all the time. I was tested and sure enough cortisol is thru the roof along with my % of Body fat. So GH and HCG were a recommended solution along with re-vamping my workouts. I started by switching it up and focusing on the core and stabilizer muscle groups with short bursts of intensity not always at the high. It is drving me nuts to "slow down" the workouts but the first 2 weeks have proven my core is weak so no loss there. Any help is appreciated.
You can't go all out all the time, even on juice. You gotta switch it up to make maximum gains and keep from breaking shit (in my case anyway! LOL ;-P)
amen to that. Found out the hard way!!

My big questions now are:
1- Do you know if HGH Frag 176-191 is the same as say a Somatropin 191 AA?
2- Is GHRP-6 an HCG? Does HCG mean anti-estrogen?
I found some leads on reliable sources and the top one seems extremely well priced compared to what I have found elsewhere.
So I am currently close to pulling the trigger on Primatropin and a generic HCG from Canadian supplier but prefer to buy in US. Any thoughts?
As you can tell I'm lost on figuring out what's what?? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
There is plenty of information on this site and at your fingertips (search tab)!
1- No, Somatropin is HGH, HGH Frag 176-191 is though to be the portion of the HGH amino chain that is responsible for fat breakdown/utilization.
2- No, GHRP-6 is thought to increase HGH production. HCG is used in women for fertility and in men to increase testicular activity so to speak.
I sent you a friend request.
Gorillafit, yes I have been to the Dr. and described the symptoms. They gave me andro-gel to apply to my skin. It was not very effective. I have been researching and realize I may need to be on a GH for a long cycle and may need to be on an off for many years in fact. I am just trying to do something. Exercise is part of my life and it seemed like I hit a brick wall exactly 1 year ago. That is when they diagnosed me. I have been struggling since. My research is telling me if I start with some HCG (once a week 500iu) and GH 2-3iu per day for 5 on 2 off I should start to see some improvement to overall energy and performance. Any ideas on that?
If there is a physical reason why your Test is not being produced naturally HCG may not help. They gave me Androgel also I tried telling him about my concerns with transfer to wife kids. He told me just try it for 6-8 mos and see. Talked to my Family Dr and he told me to just tell him "I can't tolerate the gel" That was that, he sent me a prescription for Test Cyp. I don't even use it, I use gear I buy here, and save the Watson. So again without knowing the reason you are low its hard to say if HCG will stimulate production. I do it 500 2x/wk, cause I like big balls. Wait that doesn't sound right! LOL ;-P
Anon4k is allot of money for that. in fact it's way too much.
I doubt the plan you have outlined will work, is it worth the shot? well that's up to you to decide. If you're ready to submit to the pin than I would say the time is probably right, go for it.
There are quite a few reasons for low test, and in some cases your body just cannot produce any more naturally no matter how you "trick" it. Which is when you will have to introduce Testosterone into your body. Have you seen your family Dr about this yet? In some cases they will not do anything unless you also describe the symptoms you are suffering from. Go to the top menu/community/forums/Over 40&TRT also rHGH forums. Lots of info. Good luck!
