over 40 and looking better
ad
Normally i would NEVER admit to being over 40. At 39 i was feeling really down and my energy level and sex drive were way off. So i decided to do something about it and eventually started hrt. It has changed everything. I look younger now then i did then and I'm a beast in the gym and sack. it was the best decision in years. I had done a few cycles in my late 20's then stopped. I really didn't have the discipline then i have now. A proud member of the OBC!!! LH

Welcome home Lionheart! You are among friends
Hey I am 40 this June and I am glad the men age good. I feel ya on the discipline I just started jucing this year and am glad I waited. I wanted to hit 300lbs on the bench for my 40th birthday but looks like I may shoot for 350 at the rate I am going! Keep it up Bro!
How has the effected your body at this age, have put on good weight?, I'm starting my first cycle today, I'm interested to know what sort difference there is between doing it in your 20's and doing now
I love it I dropped body fat and upped muscle mass big time raised my agression and competitve edge
AnonYou should respond very well. The issue with doing gear in your early 20's and without a solid foundation is that you shut down your natty test production doing cycles and even though you can jump start it with PCT you are pretty much screwing yourself over when your t naturally drops later in life. Basically you are shooting your wad and gear is less effective the MORE you use it. The key is too keep your cycles simple and at the least amount (low dosage) as you can. Later on you'll have to start uping the dosages significantly if you start out going crazy. Additionally, hopefully you have built up a solid foundation and your diet is already on point or close to it.. The difference can be likened to the foundation on your house. You build it on sand, it is less stable over time. Furthermore at this age you can blast (go higher on your doses and add different compounds as you gain experience) and cruise (lower your dose to a TRT dose ie 200-300mg test e or c per week) and this will clear out receptor sites while maintaining "normal" test levels. You'll feel better then you ever have with more energy and zest for life ;-)
