Well I'm in the age group so thought I'd intro myself here

Hey folks been reading the site , googling for all I'm worth and just a bit baffled by the endless options out there.

Mini bio , I'm 49 , have been training mostly natty from the age of 16 to date. Am in semi decent shape for my age I guess ( 12 stone ten , 5ft 8 , body fat :s about 25% mostly on top of the killer abs that I sense are under there? Cortisol stress bad sleep gut? )
I've been using ostarine (revolver) 1 cap a day for about 8 weeks , enjoyed some strength gain , leaning out a little and HUGE improvement in joint aches ( really worth it for this alone ) no sides , no shutdown ,but would like a bit more strength , size and body fat reduction

I've thought about staying on the ostarine and adding an eca stack to lean out before trying anything more serious? Or swapping out the ostarine for rad 140 or lg but then I'm into pct afterwards aren't I. The answers for the things I'm asking seem to be why not just do a cycle of test then pct rather than mess about with the other things as it's time served and works ( Dabbled a bit in my twenties , liked the gains from sustanon 250 but panicked and dropped it when hair started falling out . Anti dht shampoo ?)
Looking for moderate gains I can mostly hang onto and don't wanna go home at Xmas and have mum and dad think I'm on Andreas munzers death cycle.
