Nearing 67 years of age....hgh and test?
Hi,
Been around a bit but, at my age, I am backing off BIG dose cycling and going to try this:
Not asking permission or approval, but am quite interested in knowing if anyone else around my age had used HGH ) and test together for HRT..(guess thats not TRT alone)?
Did the MD TRT route for over a year. Miserable experience. Low doses, biweekly pins and not very knowledgeable in his specialty.....perhaps he just was not experienced personally. I hear there are great MDs who will work with you ordering labs, etc. but not around here....small NE Texas town.
Am experienced with many types of test, proviron, etc and AIs. My goal is to look good but also increase longevity with HGH use and low dose test use........
Thinking of starting with 2ius a day and increasing over a month to 4ius a day along with 125mg of Sustanon weekly (or 250 mg q 11-15 days)....or may just stay at 2ius for cost.
Anyone with any exp (esp re; age....btw...am in good health. No prescription meds, good BP, etc.) with HGH and low dose test?
Thanks....the only reason Im using Sustanon is that I've been taking Enthanate for 6 years and think a little change is in order.
Hoping for energy, weight loss (some, not much), libido increase and skin elasticity.
The above may not be tech considered TRT or HRT, but a cycle based on doses, but that does not really concern me much. Labs always good for past 6 years...did take 1 year off cycling and test dropped to 200. Have been a Reg Nurse for many, many years and will be on TRT (at least) rest of my life.....
Anyone with any exp with this? Esp with HGH? thanks in advance

Just a word of caution to older folks. We all know the benefits of HGH, but it does make cells divide and multiply faster, so you need to be aware of that risk factor at an advanced age where some cells may be lying around fairly dormant and you don't want them to be stimulated.
Thanks. I am seriously considering dropping all hormones and HGH. Will be 67 in a week and just not finding it the same as it was even at 60. Thanks for all the help on Eroids. I went from 300lbs to 200lbs (no hormones, etc.....just diet and treadmilling) and want to feel good again. And peaceful. lol....that kind of went out the window and has caused much family trouble..........or not..............but time to quit.
Good work listening to your body, as well as your "social feedback system." +1 for making the appropriate changes necessary for your family life.
Also, MUCH RESPECT for dropping a hundred friggin pounds the old fashioned way. Your mental resolve and emotional strength are far beyond what most men will ever achieve in their lives. (It might not feel that way to you, but the proof is on the scale. You've accomplished an incredible thing.)
We do all of these things that we talk about at eroids so we can live better lives. "Better" is a loose definition, but in our context, the word naturally includes "strength."
If that strength is only physical, and it's only used to pick things up and put them down, then what's the point of being strong? Happiness comes from helping people. We can be of better help to people when we're stronger.
Same goes for emotional strength. That means we're more patient, more kind, more forgiving, etc. The world needs more of these things, and we're the ones that have to be that change agent. (It sure as hell aint coming from politics, or culture in general.)
So to end on subject, "being healthy" with "vitality" is pointless if our strength isn't being used to HELP people. There's enough hurt in the world, including every man who posts here. Let's all keep that in mind, cuz we all know that AAS can help us "recover," but let's stay focused on WHY we want to recover. The people that need our strength need us to be healthy, physically and mentally.
Wow. That hits it for me. My wife is THRILLED Im going to forego hormones for first time in 7 years (1 year off.....gained a lot of weight, but was rising at 0500 and meditating...that may change a bit...lol) and not because of libido, etc. She is foregoing pelleting also due to constant uterine bleeding and MD saying "don't worry about it"! lol.....She and I (I am within throwing distance of 70) want to grow old HAPPY, content and with peace and fully immersed in the Love of God...........and if we get a bit pudgy (we will work at eating and treadmilling......but gotta slow the weed, I guess. haha.....Thanks for all that. I needed to read it. On Test, I don't really get ANGRY, but I have very few filters when on a big load of Test and have sent HORRIBLE texts to family members during test runs. OR I may just be nuts as shit and the Test did nothing. MDs say it does not cause ANY aggression or anger.............In my personal case, only, I disagree at this point. Moving to Michigan soon and starting a new business. Thanks all you on Eroids
Most all you guys have been really kind to an older guy who did not even drop below 300lbs (btw...thanks for that man...no, I don't see it as much, I guess.) at 60 years of age. Thanks to you all.
Prob will go ahead and finish the HGH .............
I ran one of the GH brands here that is a big seller and almost legendary for dosing. I got the carpel tunnel syndrome and a little body fat loss. I ran it for almost 12 months at 2IU, 4IU and 6IU PD and believe that GH is highly over-rated. Long term use can lead to insulin resistance and diabetes. Also the effects are like AAS - once you stop - you lose whatever you (might) have gained.
Really no need to be pushing 4iu if looking for anit-aging. Get blood test first though so you have a baseline.
ty!
You think 2 should be enough??
Yes. 2iu will go along way if its real pharma HGH.
2iu of quality GH should have you above normal levels. This is a big change when older and should be noticeable.
M. Is that normal levels at 40 yrs or norm for my age? Ty
Should put you above normal no matter what your age. The older you are though the bigger bump up from your current baseline it will be so the more noticeable it gets the older we get.
Ill for sure let u know
My wife's bhrt dr was telling me about his personal experience with hgh.
Said he ended up getting bad carpal tunnel syndrome requiring surgery.
That clinic suggests using peptides like ipam for smaller boosts in hgh levels.
So are you on hrt? If so do you use hgh or peptides?
Yep, I'm on trt
I occasionally use peptides but not as a regular routine
I also have wrist pain that may or may not get worse with peptides.
Not a clear connection.
Tx!
RustyhookerCant post brands in forums bro. Edit.
Run igf levels in a blood test. See where youre at. I was bottomed out. Getting old sucks
Yea, but pretty women will break their necks holding the door open for you starting about 60....hahaha
RustyhookerHigh five! Lol
I think sust is a poor choice unless youre getting bloods done often til dose is correct. Its failed imo as a trt source.
Biweekly on cyp sounds odd to me.
My numbers on just 2iu put me above the norm. Im gonna stay at that dose. Unless i run a big cycle or add the igf1-lr3 i wont modify it bigger.
Vigor or being youthful has me getting on the stair machine and pushing to get back to where i was a couple years ago. Then finish 30 mins on treadmill or bike. Thats where imo the energy and vitality comes from. Endorphines and cardio.
Yes. I always feel better lifting and readmill. But when you say 2ius gets you above normal....is thst norm for your age or much younger? Have you noticed energy increase? Tx
Ok thanks. Duh on me. I knew that. Sorry man
