+ 1 My labs on trt

ad

Here are my labs from my trt protocol. I was going to a male clinic who tested me in mid 200 ranges a couple months back. After 5 weeks of them administering I decided to use a vendor here and follow same protocol as them. I'm aware of consequences of self dosing but due to costs at the clinic I couldn't afford to go there anymore. I have an endo appointment that was 6 months out from the day they scheduled it. September I'll get to see my endo. My question is with my LH and FSH so low should I start an HCG protocol? Also creatinine level is slightly elevated as well as A/G ratio any worries there? Test levels look amazing compared ti what they were lol. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Depending on the lab doing the testing, 1125 is just at the high end of normal. Kinda depends if this was a peak level, or the low end.
Creatine serum is often high on muscular people, keep an eye on it and drink more water.
Hcg is a stndard part of many people's TRT, I'm used to seeing one or two inj per week at 250 to 500 iu. It helps with lots of things, not just for shrinking nuts.

Tanked lh and fsh is to be expected.

If you can afford to it's best to do trt through the Dr. If you are gonna self treat you better keep studying up on it. It's serious stuff and like kmc said can mess you up when done incorrectly.
Plus 1 for posting bloods

Your Test levels are high, time to dial it back, and retest in 3 months.

Reduce your injection to approx 2/3 of what you've been taking.

High test levels can be dangerous also.

Thanks brother. At the men's clinic they had me starting at 125 MG a week of cyp. I've been doing roughly the same but test levels weren't as high while going to the men's clinic. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that's mostly due from going Subq once a week to IM 125 mg a week split when I started. Last night I adjusted to 50 MG injection. Any idea on highs and lows of my labs (LH,FSH, and creatinine)?"And it shows test is within normal ranges but I think I should be sitting around 800-900 or so? I also have an overactive thyroid which is another reason I'm going to endo. Should have tested T3 and T4 but too expensive. Endo appt is still 4 months away. 6 months to wait is ridiculous.

Honestly, your 24 years old, try is a life long think (life cycle).

The sticking yourself with a needle weekly gets old real quick. TRT clinics are like vultures, I would stop the TRT and wait a couple of week and run a good strong PCT. If you even stand a chance of returning to normal,......... now is that minute. Do NOT let it slip away.

+1 for GREAT advice.

I read all the OP had to say below. I understand needing "medicine" when low T is the issue. It sucks, cuz it is indeed a life sentence, but in my case, it changed my life for the better. I wish I didn't need it. I mean that. But I do, so it's my fate. If there are any 20 somethings reading this thread, I hope they seriously consider running a PCT first before enslaving themselves to weekly pins. It DOES get old, really fast. Blah.

27 but yes I would like to get into an endo first and see what he recommends. With my job, it was rough when my levels were under 300. My lack of focus and motivation plummeted and caused me to make many errors . I was told I had hyperthyroidism before I started trt there. Doc threw me on methimazole for that and was told to go to endo. Not sure if it was my overactive thyroid that caused me to feel that way or not but since trt I'm back to the shining star I was at work when I first started after a couple years of feeling like constant shit. Gotten a promotion since and afraid of what might happen if I quit trt. I will call other endos to see if I can get in sooner but I definitely have considered the consequences before.

I hope it was a little more thought out than that. Have you been retested for thyroid, you may have gone from hyper to hypo (low thyroid), which can also cause lack of focus, brain fog etc.

Not really. Doc said I have hyperthyroidism after running a few sets of blood work. After, said take this medicine 3 times a day and they will retest me in a couple months to see if my t3 and t4 levels get back normal. After 2 months my levels had gotten ever so slightly better but also said the medication is on some kind of continuous loop from the brain to the gland receptors to tell it to produce less of it and it takes time for it to kick in. After that is when I requested they refer me to an endo. Basically, their concept was, if the medication works, let's keep you taking it 3 times a day for the rest of your life and not worried about the "why" part of the hyperthyroidism. Same reason I left trt clinic but continued dosing because of the better overall well being until endo is seen.
