Joint help

ad

Presently on trt 200 mg every two weeks, had elbow surgery, torn exstensor tendon, three anchors and reattached. Healing fairly well but elbows are tender. What would anyone suggest to run with the test cyp. For some relief. Also what pct should I have on hand for any sides. Thanks.

I'm in the sports med / therapy field ..I would suggest you stick with just the test for at least 4-6 post op .. Your goal at this point is healing and restoring normal tissues extensibility ... If you start strengthening to soon you are prone micro drama and or scaring of heeling tissue .. Save the anabolics for your strengthening phase

I have used the peptide TB500, and has worked wonders for my rotator cuff. there was a point were I was unable to lift more than 15lbs over my head. Used TB for 3 months, and now I am back to 95%, with very little if any uninterrupted work outs. the key is finding the right src, just need to do your homework brother. Fish oils and MSM as well.

I run 100mg of Deca every two wks with my cruise... Even at 50mg a/wk it will help joint pain..

I'll echo the deca, I take 200mg per week with my TRT and it has helped, but I think what has really helped is I now focus on forearm exercises. I do forearm curls, wrist curls (foreward, and back) at least twice a week. This has helped reduce the pain considerably. I think a lot of folks ignore their forearms, especially old guys like me because the greats from the 70s and 80s always said they worked them enough by moving the weights around, and stacking plates. At 50, it doesn't work that way for me.

@ErieToPitt, do you cruise year round on 200mg deca along with your TRT dose? Or just an occasional pin of 200mg deca "every so often" in more of a "medicine" type of dose?

When I feel pain, I'll run 8-16 weeks.

So brother, do you have joint pain that deca helps with? (I'll admit, I know very little about deca, and have never used it, so it's good for me to learn! Thank you for sharing.)

To be honest I can't tell if it's the deca or adding the forearm exercises to my routine. But whatever it is the pain has gone down with no interruption to my workouts.

Cissus works well, take a few times the dosage suggested on the bottle 2 or 3 times a day with food. Progressively mega dose fish oils until you find your sweet spot, when your face starts getting too oily back it down

Jumping in here:
I have read a lot on Chondroitin and glucosamine. Very inconclusive, but no evidence that it does any harm. It's cheap and worth a go. It seems to have helped my finger (arthritis) but I am a sucker and could easily mark it down to placebo.
