Low test cycle ai use during cycle

Running a low dose cycle of test c, 400 mg per week, was wondering if I should or need to run an ai during cycle and if so what's would you guys advise. I have arimidex and aromisin on hand. Thanks, stats are 54,208lbs.5'11"Around 12-15 percent bf, cardio,ed. Been at it around 25 years but not much cycle experience. Thanks.

Good call on having both adex and aromasin on hand! I would only use them if needed.
Only blood work will show you truth. I always have ai's on hand.
In my experience if I was on a low dose test only cycle I would not think a AI would be necessary.My focus would be on my pct.

Better question.....where's your current bloods posted? Do not start til posted. You should know if your trt ready, cholesterol, estradiol, bound and free test. Entire system buddy!
I wouldn't, but i would have one on hand just in case. Proviron is another option.
Im on my first cycle running 500mg test e a week.pinning Monday/Thursday.I was running 12.5 aromasin ed but became very lethargic and beat down.so I asked someone on eroids and told me to lower my dosage cause I may of been crashing my estro.so I went to 6.25 ed and I've felt great since..dosage really depends on the person. I've heard of people running 25 mg aromasin a day.best bet is to pay attention to the signs of low/high estro and how ur body reacted to it..then get bloods done to show u the exact levels and then u can adjust dose accordingly..I didn't start my ai until I was 4 weeks into my cycle, but some people say to run it from beginning to end to stop gyno issues before they start, definently keeps water retention down..best luck to u bro.
