Help with blood tests???
Im 48 years old and at least 50 lbs over weight...... feel tired and depressed frequently....... testosterone tests came in at a very low 200 and another just under 200!!! I started trt probably about a year ago??? My doctor played around with the creams and didnt see much result. doctor agreed to put me on some ridiculously low dose of test C (.375 ml every TWO WEEKS???? and I upped my doses on my own and spread them out every three days like suggested by other members but never committed to adding other gear to help balance my body out..... My testicles are shriveled up to the size of freaking almonds and im continuing to feel like shit with no sex drive and having a very hard time getting and maintaining erections. I use Cialis and Viagra regularly and hate it!!! Im pinning .40 ml of Test C 200 every three days which "was" keeping me feeling pretty good for a few months and seemingly having much better sex drive but now im back to the same old same old "or worse"...... I have been reading more and more on here about how this continuous trt crap is shutting my body down completely from producing my own natural testosterone??? I do not have medical insurance and the blood work is like 500-600 dollars!!! I know I know I know......go through privatemdlabs or labsmd BUT THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PROGRAMS DISCOUNTS TO CITIZENS OF MARYLAND OR DELAWARE AND A COUPLE OTHER STATES THAT INCLUDE WHERE I LIVE!!!!! Who knows where I can get cheap blood work done besides these two options???? Anyone???? Road trip doeasnt work either because they want a form of ID showing proper state residence....... I dont believe its a blood issue either because sometimes (very seldom) i do get a raging boner that reminds me of the good old days..... Psychological maybe ???? I suffered a nasty divorce after 21 years of marriage to a cheating wife and that messes with my head.... My recently acquired 33 year old girlfriend doesnt seem to have any issues with my performance??? And it was better back in the day without hard on pills...??? She cant get enough of me... But i can barely keep up with her..... :-( Bottom line is I really need a place to get blood work done for a reasonable price!! Any one can help out there???? I NEED IT!!! Tired of suffering with all this..... Need a program thats going to work and help not make things worse???? Thanks......

Also, if you have any universities or colleges close to where you live, you can check out the libraries and science buildings for services requiring Medical Technologists. There has been a growing new trend of "at-home-lab techies" that are doing research out of their homes, etc. Its a thought. Either way, what you do is going to cost some money.
LOOK BRO YOU STATED IN YOU POST THAT YOU "NEED IT!!!" the answer is more than simple you need to just spend the money bro for real theres your answer...Whats the price on knowing your health?its comical how guys can have a stockpile of gear but yet cant or dont want to spend money for medical treatments....What good is gear if you got some serious issue's going on......Good luck
Im not spending a boat load of money on "gear" and not willing to pay for blood tests??? WTH? Im saying I dont have $500 fucking dollars laying around to hand over to someone (a jacked up pharmaceutical lab) when in 40 plus other states in USA you can go online, pre order the tests and get them for $70????? I get my "gear" from my primary care doctor and it costs me $74 dollars for 3 months supply and 70 office visit to the doctor... He wont hear anything about anaztrozole or clomid or the use of hcg or hgh..... I cant see spending 8 times the cost of getting blood work done thats all simply need to know how to get around paying 500-600 dollars for blood work that sells online in every state around me for $70.00 freaking bucks..... I wold much rather have the 400-500 dollars to work with buying what my body needs right now then paying for a test and not being bale to afford what I need???? Damn man take it easy on the new guy huh??? SMH.....

I'm sure he didn't mean to come across as harsh as it might have seemed to you. It can be difficult to write pithy comments and fully understand how it'll be received by the reader. I'll bet he was trying to be motivational more than condemning.
I feel for you. A blood test from, "Any Lab Test Now" cost's me less than the co-pay for a blood test ordered from my doctor!
This place looks like it may be an option for me!! And its at least half the costs even with fuel costs getting to a lab and back!!! :-) Never heard of them???? Googled and googled cheap blood work and never saw them once????? Maybe google blocked them? hahaha lol Wouldnt be surprised!
X2...i looked in to some of these mail order labs and found some reasonable prices. And, you are definitely right, he needs to spend the money to get the answers.
What about companies that send you a box with vacutainers in them, u draw your own blood and send it off?
You need diet modification and light to moderate cardio. Please explain to us what you eat and what your daily activity is like.
The injections you are giving yourself are probably too much, which are .40cc every 3 days....Right? If you have 200mg/cc that comes to 80mg every three days. When did you get that last blood draw done? I see with your situation you cant get solid values on any of your blood work to prove that. So, you are at the right place for help. Just stay with us and we will try to do the best we can to get you better.

I will look into the vacuseal test option? Havent seen or heard of them before??? Yes the injections and doses are correct. I know i need more exercise too. I try to eat somewhat healthy by cutting down on sugars and sodas......very little fast food or processed..... i do take vitamins and some supplements too. Still need lots of work but feel like with accurate levels of all my other hormones etc etc etc .....I could get some well educated advice on what will help. almost certain I need whatever keeps the estrogens in check..... hair is more oily then normal and having issues with pimples that I never had before??? Might just have to spend the money and get the over rated tests done??? Just sucks I happen to live in one of the states that prohibits the discounted blood work....
It's very possible that your e2 is very high. Are you taking any type of AI?

didnt mean to come off so irritated with my other response bro.....This has been very very very frustrating man. I did get my blood work and waiting for results now.... tested on saturday so probably wont have results until wednesday??? They said final Estrogen results would take two weeks??? Does this sound right? I did get the complete male hormone profile and I added the LSH and LH test to it I think??? IDK man I seriously cannot keep up with all this shit! But anyhow when I get the results I will post them and get some recomendations from some of you more experienced guys.... I have heard guys say they dont take any test and just clomid and straightened everything out???? Raised their test and eliminated ED problems??? Others say they go with the higher doses of test and use hcg with an AL and thats fixed everything???? I do know I should be doing some light cardio workouts to help things along too..... Again buddy I am sorry for snapping at you over your remark..... I will try to look through some older forums and see if I can educate myself a little bit more on this mess in the mean time..... Any help is and will be greatly appreciated man.... Thanks.....

You seem to ask 20 questions in one post. Try to break them out a little, because it's easy to miss things.
Tests can take up to two weeks, especially through a doctor.
It all may seem confusing at first, but give it time and you'll catch on. I think you're looking for too many solutions. Try to simplify things.
I'm not sure what you're referring to with folks who only take clomid for ED. That is something I'm not versed in.
You never answered if you were taking any AI's. Higher estro can contribute to ED. That being said, bloods will tell us if that's the case. You're trying to solve a problem, but we don't know the cause. If you take that approach, you'll probably make things worse. Just wait for the bloods and we can take it from there. Until then, keep using the search function and read, read, read.
Thanks man! Yeah I do want all the answers now! Im tired of dealing with this crap man.... Stuck with my doctor because he at least prescribes me testosterone??? He knows nothing!! I need to learn more for myself like you said and maybe seek the help of an endocrinologist too......Thanks for being patient with me bro.... Panties are good now.... hahaha lol. I will give you my test results when I get them and maybe you can give me your opinion of a first approach to managing this TRT....
