cycling and TRT

ad

I had chemo about 6 years ago, which destroyed my gonads (RIP). Cancer's gone, halleluia, I'm on TRT, and finally decided to start using AAS a little over a year ago (I'm 47, a late bloomer). I've been cycling on and off, but I was wondering, do I need to cycle off, since I don't need to be concerned about damage to my natural T production? Everything I've been able to find on the subject of PCT's and cycling off just talks about preserving your body's ability to produce T, but my instincts are telling me there have to be other reasons. Am I right?

You're on TRT as your balls don't work? And even if they did a bit they're now shutdown from running TRT.
So, after the blast just go back to your TRT dose. There is no point cycling off IMHO.
If it's a real TRT level (125mg a week or so) you might lose some gains, if it's a US private clinic 200mg pw+ you'll probably keep everything! Your TRT blood tests should pick up any residule problems from your blasting.

I would stick with the doc’s prescription, keep it simple and safe.

My last cycle I did 400 mg Tren E and 500 mg Test E per week, split into two doses. My TRT that I go back to when I'm "off cycle" says it's 81 mg daily, but it's topical (Androgel) so I'm not sure how much of that is actually getting into my system. Every time I try to read up about how much injected Test E is equivalent to what topical dose the answer seems to be nobody knows for sure. Maybe I just don't know where to look. I'm still fairly new to all of this.

Androgel = 10% absorption. If you use 1 pump (1g) of Androgel 100mg, it means 10%will be absorbed and get into your system. So it would be like 10mg/ed or 70mg/ew. If the T is made with Pentravan as vehicle, the absorption raises to 50%, so 100mg of T in Pentravan = 50mg into your system.

I would stop and research more before you hurt yourself and lose your scrypt for the gel.

You're not specifying what doses you're taking. Assuming you're hitting decent cycle doses you need to go to either TRT doses from time to time or blast and cruise. In either case your system needs a break from cycle doses.

You shouldnt be advising anyone to blast and cruise especially someone you know so little about. Pretty careless advice my man

Cholesterol, RBC, Blood pressure to name a few, and, being within normal range when you get a blood test requested by your doctor.

You not knowing any of those issues, what's your true story?

In your mind, what does cycling off mean? Stopping all steroids for a few months?
