Clomid monotherapy VS. HCG mono therapy VS Test C
I was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism and my doc at the time immediately placed me on Test C. After about 6 months on TRT I think my E2 levels were out of wack due to no monitoring of this by the previous doc.
I had a complete mental breakdown and due to ignorance and not being proactive I was prescribed xanax and just told to reduce stress. Almost immediately after injecting my heart would flutter and I would feel panic and anxiety at that point I started to taper down my test injection and after some time it seemed to be a bit better.
Switched docs and he had previous experience with patients from crazy doc and felt that I may have prematurely been placed on TRT. I stopped injections and began taking 25 mg of Clomid EOD. Again after stopping injections had serious anxiety and even went to heart doc when I thought I was having a heart attack (only 27 so I was terrified).
I was then diagnosed with MVP and Type 1 Second-degree AV block, both of which the doc said are benign.
Through sheer will power, I just sucked it up and continued on with life taking the Clomid. Eventually, I started to have side effects, floaters, blurred vision, and huge zits on my back (never had that from test, except some blurred vision in right eye, BP related I think). So after about 4 months on Clomid I stopped taking it and after a while the sides went away.
After 1 month off Clomid (doc never had blood drawn until last appt) I went back to the Doc and the results are listed below:

So looking at the test it still appears that my hypothalamus is not wanting to work. I did feel some better on Clomid minus the effects, but nothing like the energy when I was on test. I felt like a God among men on test.
This leads me back to the problem at hand, I want to maintain fertility, but I want a treatment that works. I have read and researched and feel better informed now then I was then. Could it be that my hypothalamus has not yet recovered, and it is a different issue(TSH levels were fine before TRT)? Should I give it more time and then have bloods drawn? I am going to have blood drawn after 1 month on Clomid to see if there is any difference unless sides get bad again.
Doc suggested HCG only and said it could help, but it seems after research that this would further suppress my hypothalamus if it is caused by another source. It also increases e2 which I don't and climid doesn't.
I have also read about men who have been on TRT and use HCG to help maintain fertility. It took close to a year for my wife to become pregnant which i suspect I am at fault. I may want to have another, but it is not an option to remain feeling like sleeping in the afternoon while my son wants to play with dad.
I just feel like I have exhausted myself searching and trying to read so any help or guidance here is appreciated.

I looked into HMG and it looks interesting, but my doc said he has no experience using with males for long term and is apprehensive. I am not really feeling any better on the clomid and I am planning on doing bloods with privatemedlabs to confirm the drug is useless for me. This shit really sucks at 27.
Have you researched HMG?
