What I have FOUND that's works great for me. It may have been brought up but. Here it is again. 70% isopropyl Alcohol. I had bad big zits on my back so after every shower my wife scrubbed my back with "alcohol" and BOOM a week later all cleared up.

for after noon I just half a cloth I bring to work that's ready to go..
I never break out on the face you can do the rest if you have a scrub brush just soak it in hydrogen peroxide. so it wet and you know girl scrub where you need to before you get in the shower.
O also girl are you on anything else? B/C or anything? whats your diet like that could help fix the break out issue also.
No B/C.. I take Lupus meds which can compromise a lot of things (b/c for sure)... Diet is clean.. by they I mean.. Oatmeal, egg whites, chicken, sweet potatoes, spinach salads.. I was putting vinegar on the salad.. noticed a few days ago the acidity in that's pretty high... so I've been limiting that. My sugar does fluctuate because of one med that I take.. I know that can cause some issues with the female body.. however the break outs are only while on var.

Yes, I'm taking 10mg ed split into 5mg am/5mg pm. Also running 1iu of HGH

since your not doing 2iu a day. IMO I would take the 1iu in the morning.. This will continue the Pituitary Gland to produced even more HGH through they day instead of your body only doing it at night. If you workout in the morning take it after..
