!!WTF!! a week off??
ad
It's literary been near a year since I've taken an entire week from weights. I even took my dumbbells & 100+ lbs of plates on my last vacation (I'm so lame). I've actually cooked dinner several times this week & my wifey even gave me a "to do" list(WTF?). There is ENTIRELY too much worthless shit to do when not working out - I'll be glad to see Monday roll around (think I'll do chest/tri's). All joking aside I can tell my body needed the break & only 2 more weeks & I'll be back ON!! I'm glad I took the advice of others here & took a break - now I seem more pyshiced to hit the gym!

ThunderLightgood luck, keep the balance
56tooI know what u mean. I haven't taken a week off in about three years and I know its caught up to the old goat but let me tell u to me staying away from the gym is harder than kicking some "habits" I've had in the past..............really'
I agree 100% - I had tried a couple times b4 & always ended up hitting the weights anyways. And it is an "addiction" of sorts - everyone at Eroids suffers from it too (minus a few trolls..lol). I did cardio 4 times this week & a few abs but no weights
I stopped drinking easier than this! Haahaa. I do feel more rested tho - ready to get back at it
F' man there on us like that... This needs done, did u ever fix that? When we have time down, it's like a project for em' to keep us busy... wtf...
You ain't shittin' brother!
best way to break a plateau
I got hit with poison ivy couldn't hit the gym for a month :( and when I got back I actually broke a plateau I was in. The body needs it every so often. Good luck.
