elevated liver values question

ad

I have a ? about liver values. But first off I'm in my early 40's, I cruise in between cycles (trt) & I've done about 5 cycles I believe.
I'm getting ready to go back on cycle (test only) so I went & had bloods done.
And for the first time my liver values are high (they've always been on the upper end but within range). My AST/SGOT & ALT/SGPT are both 10u/l over normal.
I regularly take liveraid & NAC, I also know coffee/caffine can be beneficial to liver enzymes. But that is all I do to help keep liver functions normal. So what I'm curious to know is - Is there more beneficial supplements/practices that I need to be aware of? And if so what/why?
Thx in advance.
Jab.

milk thistle, liv 52, beetroot juice and supergreen shakes help, i take 9 milk thistle tabs daily whilst on orals, 3 in am, 3 midday, 3 b4 bed, (silybum marianum) 7000mg tablets, the morning ones i take with a tall glass of beetroot juice, the midday one with supergreen shake, night time ones with 3 scoops liv 52, obviously lots of water, this has always worked for me, got bloods after 6 weeks of drol, all normal, i take milk thistle year round though, just 2 a day unless on orals.

Just an update to my elevated liver values. I kept checking my values & they did climb a few more points so I decided to try Essentiale Forte like GearHead had recommended. Well I ran it for just over a month & had values retested. They are now running in the middle of normal vaues. Until now they've always ran on the upper end of normal. I'll be keeping that stuff in my arsenal from now on.

I started to have a problem where at the end of a cycle the elevated liver enzymes just wouldn't come down. One of the site MODs here turned me on to this product Essentiale Forte N which is readily available online and has decent reviews. I use it. All I can say is that I'm happy with it in as much as when I stopped my last cycle the liver enzymes normalized in less than a month.

simply working out can raise values. i believe u get better results if u dont lift for 48 hours before the test. im always in the upper end, but in range.

ive seen my own levels the day after a weights session and 2 days after and dropped 20 points with just the extra days rest.

liver filters a lot of shit. lol

its pretty tough too so running 10 points over forever shouldnt do anything but u wanna try to get in the range per docs at least. its the people that run much higher and never let the liver regenerate that fall victim to issues.

Did you consume booze in the days prior to your blood test?..10 off isn't life threatening but should make you aware that your liver is very important and you should protect it any chance you get

Alpha lipoic Acid, and lecithin, Are you taking Himalaya Liver Care 52 it's the only one that is " clinically proven".

Try that and let me know if you retake your blood test and what the results are.
