Wont be doing the Top de Colmar

ad

I have some disappointing news to share after just finding out early this morning. My coach and his girlfriend who was schedule to compete in the "body fitness" category was notified by email that she has too much muscles to qualify for that class. Imagine, being told you are too big!!! Crazy!!!! Well I was going with them and since they can't go that means I can't either. My car will not make the long 7 hour journey there and hours back and it is too late to buy a train ticket at the last moment. So me and my girl spoke about it and she helped convince me that the most important show scheduled was the following sat the 13th and IFBB demi final France. Top de Colmar is like a Grand Prix and it has no value and would cost too much money for nothing. So now I'm refocussing on the big show and will continue my diet as if nothing has changed.

thats unfortunate...im sure you wanted to compete in all your planned shows but i think this will give your body a much needed break and help relax your mind for a little while

I think that's a better approach anyway since the more important show is the 13th. Gives yourself a little break, and the body will be more apt to peak again. I give you a lot of credit for staying in condition for such a stretch brother. I would have went through a dozen packages of pop-tarts and cookies and been a bloated mess. I can eat healthy year round, but contest diets were never enjoyable for me. Always wanted to binge eat afterwards.

Not so bad actually, gives your mind a little break from the stress, and u now have more time to focus on your game plan for the big show, good luck man i know you'll do great things
