Blood results

ad

I gave blood the other day thinking that my red blood count was a bit high due to cruising and blasting with test and yesterday I got a letter from the blood bank clinic with this report;
LEUCOCYTES 14.7 10 to the third power/ mm to the third power (2,5 - 15)
RED BLOOD CORPUSCLES 5.9 10 to the sixth power/ mm to the third power (4 - 5,8)
HEMOGLOBINE 13.5 g/dl (13 - 18)
HEMATOCRITE 42.0 % (35 - 54)
VGM (IRON) 71.8 (80 - 105)
The blood bank insisted that I go see a doctor about the low iron count and to get it fixed if I wanted to give blood in the future. I was shocked to see that my iron was lower than normal and will have a thorough blood work tomorrow morning. But the good news is that my red blood count is not high as I expected due to the long term use of test. What is your take on this?

Do you take a multi vitamin with multi minerals? If not go with a whole food one that has super foods, and a full spectrum of vitamin and minerals.Not the Centrum crap, it could be that easy to fix.
