What is the best age to start working out.?

ad

Hi there:

I have a child and I wonder what is the best age for introduce him at workout like me.

I began at 20, because this was my oportunity, but I think that is a little bit late to get it started.

On web I found this, but you people are the best to give your opinion.

The best age to start working out and is common for kids to start would be the pre-teen years such as ages 10 to 12 to 14 ect. The development of the body is at its prime at these years and it will aid you when working out in your later years because your body will be adjusted to it from when you were younger. but DO NOT over do it because you could seriously damage yourself in many ways that if your a kid would probably last longer than injuring yourself when your older.

I'm all eyes to read your recommendations.

id say teens is pretty much prime time for slow introduction to strength training and weights i see way to many youngsters trying to 1rm every week and know they will all be injured most likely as a result... i think having a coach or trainer to keep them in line is an absolute must or a knowledgeable parent even better. I wish i would have started earlier and with more guidance myself... but hindsight is always 20/20 unless your like rain main ra-tard lol. variety of sports growing up definitely helps and helped me with basic coordination and flexibility for the major lifts:) if i ever have son or daughter that likes sports i will show them how to train and be safe to excel at their chosen sport and introduce them to weights when the time is right for them as an individual.
