I have one of the manscaped trimmers which is great from me beard. But it takes forever to do my chest, shoulders, stomach and downstairs. I have no interest in taking an actual razor to my balls here. So i've been looking for a wet/dry electric trimmer that will do a good job taking care of everything besides my face. But reviews are all over the place so i figured i'd ask for recommendations.
So what do you guys use that works well?

I use a few things!
Philips SatinShave Essential Women’s Wet & Dry Electric Shaver - Absolutely great for speed and general smoothness. If you're already well groomed, this is solid.
Philips Norelco OneBlade 360 - If you get busy, and miss a week on trimming.
BAKblade 2.0/ELITE PLUS - Great for back hair, if you don't got someone to shave it for you.
Remington XR7000 Balder - If you're bald or prefer the bald look. Takes 5 minutes and it's smooth enough for the day.
Honestly though, biggest thing is the skin care you can and should be doing in the shower prior!
For that I use:
Brooklyn Botany Exfoliating Gloves
Tree Hut Sugar Scrub (pick your smell)
Tree Hut Whipped Shea Butter - Moisturize!
Tree Hut After Shave Serum - it's an oil, and works great to prevent ingrowns
I like to razor shave when I can, especially for tanning purposes. So for that I use a woman's razor, as they are angled differently.
All the above, are easy to find on Amazon as well!

Razor. But my wife bought an IPL laser a few months ago so I’ve been using it downstairs hoping it’s going to damage some of those damn hair follicles. I’ve been pretty consistent for 2 months now and it’s definitely helped. Not quite as well as I hoped though. But no irritation at all after shaving which is different. takes a little longer to grow back, the hairs seem thinner and there’s less or them. I’m gonna buy a diode laser at some point soon. Apparently they’re considerably more effective compared to IPLs. Was gonna move on to my Chest and shoulders next.
The issue with electric razor, which I’ve used is they don’t cut short enough so it leaves stubble right away. I don’t like that. But stubble is better than a jungle down there.
Blimey, I bet that Laser wasn't cheap! Is it strong enough to use on thread veins and things like that or does it just burn hairs off and stuff?
The IPL lasers are pretty reasonable. I think this one was like $160. It has a skin repair function that would probably work on thread veins.
It does burn hair, but that’s not its primary function. It’s supposed to send a laser beam into the hair follicle and damage it so it never grows back.
I would recommend a diode laser though. From what I’ve read they are a lot more effective as it sends a more concentrated beam into the follicle. So that’s what I’m going to get next. If you do buy a laser just make sure it’s approved by your counties food and drug agency or whatever regulatory body is responsible. Ours is.called the FDA.
I am actually waiting on an appointment with the Hospital next city over as I've had redness on my cheeks that has never gone from my drinking days, the veins opened up and flushed but never closed properly again so I am waiting to be called in for Laser surgery lol I went to a local Cosmetic surgery clinic a few years back but their lasers aren't nearly as powerful as the ones they use in the hospital apparently. Looking forward to getting it done but apparently they can end up using local anaesthetic in your face as it can be so painful AAaagghhhh

Idk man. Stubble can be damned irritating rubbing around down there. I don't shave everything. I just like well trimmed downstairs but I'll do just the electric trimmer with no guards on my shoulders, chest and stomach.
Super irritating man. But since using the laser it doesn’t really grow back like that anymore. Pre laser like 4 day later I’d have very uncomfortable stubble. Now I go a week between shaving and even at day 7 I still don’t have any painful stubble. The laser has made Less grow back and what does grow back is much thinner.
i used to turn the butane on max with one of those lil translucent lighters and singe the hairs off my nuts
But for real, I grow out until May then off to have a man lady wax me down and back again first week of July, then Sept 1 and thats it for the season. I say goodbye to Trixie til next year.

I used that stuff one time on my chest and stomach and everything turned bright red and blistered and ended up looking like I sand blasted the hair off, 80 percent of my chest and stomach was scabbed

Schick extreme 3 for my chest dick balls etc.But them shitz suck anymore they used to be the best.

Ranger3252Hot wax my friend, heat it up and have your partner rip the hair away. Don’t have to shave for weeks. I’m allergic to Nair, so if you have a high pain tolerance get your body waxed. Something like this.

This is what I use for trimmers and they work great.
The balls I like smooth so a Gillet Mach 3 razor, put on some shaving cream and in the shower it works great but a good hair removal product is VEET its like nair but it won't burn you can use it on the balls and shaft as well.

I tried hair removal cream once like 20 years ago and never again. That stuff burned for maybe a week. Ill check out the trimmers though. Thanks.
Mate I bought some of that in the summer to use on my ringer but everyone on here scared me off using it so I still have it in the bathroom cupboard LOL

Nair does burn but Veet does not. If you burned yourself with veet then you left it on way too long.
So I just put some of that on, leave it a few minutes then wipe it off and the pubes just come off?
I think it says leave on 3 minutes on bottle but yeah leave it on then I hop in the shower and the hair comes off. Sometimes you need two applications depending on your hair
Yeah I just been reading the instructions again - says 3 mins then scrape it off with the spatula, can leave it on up to 6 mins but no longer .....

It indeed will be just fine on the starfish. Trust me I have gay friends and they introduced me to Veet. I have yet to be burned by it.

For body hair I use the Phillips norelco one blade, has some guards so you can trim or just go hairless. Replacement blades are a bit pricey so I stopped trimming lol.
Pubic hair I just find grooming scissors work best, keeps everything tidy without having to deal with bumps or ingrown. Handles the huevos hair pretty well too
I still can't figure out how you use trimmers to get rid of arse pubes - I tried a few days ago after a shower and damn I bent over, pulled those cheeks apart as wide as I could but still couldn't seem to angle in deep enough to get a good enough scoop of them. There is clearly some jailhouse technique I'm yet to discover ..... Damn I'm getting sick of those cling on dingleberry's though

All I do know is I angled in too Deep at some point and the corner of the clippers nipped my arsehole and made it bleed a bit - that soon stopped me I tell ya
What’s wrong with the razor on the ball situation? Soap those guys down. Easy work. Electric razor on the nut skin is a recipe for disaster. Mine just drew up a little just thinking about it
I have a strong aversion to anything sharp or pointy going near my balls I use a trimmer guard of 3-4mm so there's never been an issue clipping myself with the trimmers.
I take my workout bench outside. Strip naked, rub alfalfa all over my body. Lie down on the bench and let my goats go to work.
