We lost one of our gym brothers

ad

I haven't spent much time on here. Honestly I frequent on another page but my best friend who I've spent countless hours in the gym with, discussing products, and we got clean together 6 years ago. I can't find his name on here. He told me to add him but I couldn't find a way to do so and honestly didn't care. But one of our brothers at the age of 34 died in the early hours a few mornings back from a heroin overdose. Spoke with him the night before and he never mentioned having any issues and was just excited he got his order. He was my best guy. About 6 years ago him and I entered a long term rehab facility very close to the same day. We hit it off right away. He was a bigger built guy and talked about the gym quite often. So after being there for 4 months we were actually able to use a pretty sweet gym. I couldn't do 5 pushups at this time but he drug me to the gym with him everyday and changed my life. I went from 240 lbs and just extremely overweight to 160lbs by the end of our time. Once we got out we moved to the same city together and just spent our evenings at the gym to keep away from the dope. I know I'll miss him but it hasn't set in yet. His wife asked me to come over and pick up all his gear and supplements. Which was very sweet. So from here on I'm going to use this forum where he frequented on. Thanks to all of you. I'm beginning a good cycle to get back into the gym(had a new little girl born) and it's kept me out. So I will be here asking for questions. I'll try to drop a picture of my guy with a crop.

I had a few friends I grew up with die from overdoses. It’s not a good feeling. I’ve learn to become numb over the years from someone dying over a overdose or suicide. 5 or 6 friends from overdose and atleast 15 from suicide. They are choices and selfish at that and hurts everyone around you. Get no pity from me... People may look at me being an asshole. Just remember this you have an overdose or you commit suicide people mourn your death for a few days. Some forever but life goes on with or without you.

I’m also disabled army veteran seems like death has become a too often thing. A friend just committed suicide Sunday. Along with another and a overdose all in 1 week just 2 months ago.

Sorry for your loss. Fighting addiction is difficult for sure. Try to take your frustrations out in the gym.

Yeah. Just got his order like a few days prior. I ended up with about 8 bottles of test e. Some presidone that he put in an anadrol pack. The clomid I just gave him. Some nolva adex and winni. But yeah he got up for work at 4 am went to the other side of the house to that bathroom. His wife got up to go to work text him then went to feed the dogs. Found him laying in the bathroom floor with the rig still in his arm. Toxicology said it had fentynal. I tried to find his account. But I don't even know his email. And I don't think you can drop photos.
