Anyone else watching the series premiere of the new strength/endurance game show hosted by The Rock? I'm liking it so far, more interesting than anything else on.

I watched it with the kids last night. We were pretty entertained. Some of the challenges were pretty cool, very different from anything else I've seen. Lot of body strength challenges and not all grip strength like ANW. The women were badass
Yeah, those ladies were badass, I liked that Aimee chick in the first episode that won the Mt. Olympus race.
I have seen the commercials can you compare it to like American ninja warrior or is it much more hardcore?
They have an obstacle course that could be compared to American ninja warrior, but it also has a huge strength element. For instance at the end of that course the two contestants have to drag a few hundred pound ball and chain witth a 20lb sledgehammer attached like 20-30 yards then use the sledge to pound through a concrete slab to get to a huge steel key that probably weighs 100lbs or so then run with the key to the finish and insert it into a podium chest high and turn it to win the race. See if you can find some clips on YouTube or whatever, you.might like it.
Im going to see if I can find it on demand the wife loves the rock so she will watch it with me.

AnonKind of a mix and granted it's just one of those things that it really doesnt bother me, just makes me lose interest when people start crying for the attention.
