I have actually told a cop that he couldnt search without a warrant, he asked 3 times and I repeated the same thing all 3 times. Finally he looked me right in my eye and said "Fuck it, we're gonna search anyway" and thats exactly what the hell they did. Found this and that, i beat it in court though, no probable cause so all the evidence got thrown out. Still had to go to jail, pay bail and car impound though and its still on my arrest record (that employers see)even though it was thrown out.

Its cool tho most ppl dnt know that, which is how cops fuck ppl most of the time, they get you to cuff up just by talking to you. Ever seen that homicide show 'the first 48' ? A lot of those murderers lock themselves up by confessing becuz cops always tell you they have dirt on you when they dont, unless there is 100% legit evidence (video/audio tape, fingerprints on bloody weapon, etc.) Any time they bring u in, its questioning, your free to go otherwise. Unless they really wanna be dicks and they can hold you for up to 48 hrs if they have strong circumstantial evidence.....there ya go , murder 101 for the day...lol
