I think it was somewhat heroic! I believe he did this without thinking and did put himself in harms way! Now on the flip side after all said and done he may have juiced the story a bit. He was absolutely funny..... I still appreciate the fact that there are still people out there that would do what he did. Ultimately in life you are judged by you actions and regardless of how you perceived his interview or his personality he did the right thing. He may not be someone I'd hang out with because of differences in our personalities but that man is still ok in my book!
