Great message, it reminds me of the guy at the gym with the big chest and chicken legs that is benching all of the time, and the dude with huge arms that is always curling. They don't look balanced because they always do what they are good at and they neglect working on the body parts that are difficult to them. My chest lags compared to other parts of my body, so I put extra effort into that region. I don't want to look like one of those circus freaks I see at the gym. He brings up a good point when speaking about the courage involved in having the quality of life.
