Smart person needed.
ad
I am reaching out to laboratories to privately test gear. I got this email regarding rHGH 191aa. obviously spending 75,000 euros is not an option, but maybe the SOP they are requesting is available, can someone tell me in laymans terms what they want and how to get it?????
We do not have a test method on the shelf for the determination of the purity of your compound.
This means that we have to develop it and subsequently validate it, unless you can supply us with a method SOP.
The budget required for test method development and validation is roughly 75.000 euro.
Pls let me know if you have a test method SOP, and if not if the budget meets your expectations.

I’ll try to get my wife to take a look...
Hahah I got the same problem Hahahha
Lmfao
Well since you asked for a smart person, I will just be quiet and read the reply’s.
Can I join? I'm about as smart as a tree lol
Hahahahaha
I read your post and laughed. Funny
Standard Operating Procedure for Lab Analysis
Different testing methods can yield different results
Which is why the European Pharmacopoeia (Pharmacopoeia Europaea, Ph. Eur.) Standard testing method for rHGH is what SIMEC and ANALYZER use
ASSAY/CONTENT (mg-iU)
RELATED PROTEINS (%)
DIMMER AND RELATED SUBSTANCES OF HIGHER MOLECULAR MASS TEST (%)
BACTERIA ENDOTOXINS TEST
SIMEC is an accredited lab
ANALYZER is not
So there is a cost curve
There are labs in the US that specialize in Protein Analysis
But, you’re gonna pay way more than what Analyzer charges
So you can try this:
SOP:
Protein characterization;
Up to 50,000 sequencing events. Includes UPLC-MS/MS on Q-Exactive Orbitrap via unbiased, data-dependent acquisition, inclusive of sample preparation and parallel multi-enzyme digestions using six enzymes, sequence library searching, relative quantitation and reporting via Proteome Cluster.
Determine quantity present in grams via HPLC-MS response of intact protein relative to calibration curve of Sigma somatropin standard Cat. no. S0947000. Includes determination of intact mass of provided sample.
Sigma Cat. no. S0947000 - somatropin reference standard
HPLC-MS of known quantity Sigma Cat. no. S0947000 - somatropin reference standard to generate 5-point calibration curve
You’ll pay for initial set-up then testing of each sample thereafter $$$
As far as gear (scheduled)....best of luck getting that tested within the US

Hope this helps ya
Thanks Hail,
No worries bro
For Tablets, Capsules, Finished Oils, etc
Lab Info:
GC/MS
LC-MS/MS
HPLC
Qualitative - IDENTIFY (sample determined by Molecular Weight)
Quantitative - CONTENT (mg/mL)
For Protein Analysis Info try:
https://www.alphalyse.com
Also, ANALYZER can give you info on HGH testing by European Pharmacopoeia (EP) /United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards
Any ?s lemme know
