skin problem

So when I was younger i had a problem where when i worked out my head began to itch. Doctors tried stuff nothing worked. It went away. Well the last few months the same thing is happening but worse. Its when my body temp heats up and my scalp will begin to itch so bad i cant even work or concentrate and the last two weeks the same thing is happening on my back chest and arms. It feels like I'm getting poked with.hundreds of needles and it itches till I get cooled off. Anyone know what this might be or how to fix it?

I have this exact problem!! If I get real hot or when I'm pushing myself at the gym my scalp becomes so damn itchy I scratch and scratch and can't concentrate or focus. I'm glad you posted this, I was about to go see a dermatologist to see what I can do about it. Do you ever have dandruff at all?
I have super thick hair so when it gets long i do have dandruff and this happens usually in the winter but sometimes in the summer. I use head and shoulders and any conditioner and nothing yet has happened. If u went more info pm I just found out what to do

Yes, up your L-lysine! It is a miracle worker for people with all types of skin issues. It is one of two amino acids that are essential to the body for proper nutritional balance. L-Argentine being the other. I have a few close friends who have psoriasis and other skin irritation and when they started to supplement with L-lysine it cleared up. Get a good brand not from Walmart. Pm me if you need more info.
Awesome thank u Fr sent
blackrock90it's from dryness bro. I get the same shit when I eat spicy food.
So lube up the.whole body -no homo- morning noon and before bed?
blackrock90i'd say stay hydrated and maybe eat a little more peanut butter lol!
lotion would help too I suppose. Try something light and non comedogenic.
Are you taking a pre-workout supplement?
Because some sups have sides like this like jack3d but only happens for some people
No pwo. But i knkw that feeling. Its different. Feels like ants crawling on the skin. Happens when u have to much beta alanine per pound of bodyweight in your system. This is a stinging itchy feeling. Allergy meds dont work I might need something stronger.
I've tried tons of lotion, cold showers, keeping my hair short. Nothing works. It gets to the point where I have to stop my workouts sometimes. My grandparents have something similar where when they get hot they break into hives but that doesnt happen o me
good luck bro... no experience here!!!
No1I had something similar before but it was only arms, which was from being very dry
