I had a seizure in my car and woke up in the back of a ambulance. I was just comming home from the post office and had sus 450, 20 50mg dbol, 50 10mg winstrol and some pins in the car. The cops searched my car while I was in the hospital without consent. They found and took it all and never said nothing to me. No summons or rights read to me. The doctor asked about them or I would have never known. Should I be worried? Will they investigate or just take it cause they had no consent? They thought I of od heroin or was diabetic. What do you guys think cause I'm stressing? They looked through my whole car then parked it and told me where and that its alright but never even mentioned it. The cop looked like he worked out to. He was pretty big. FCK!! Talk to me.

Thanks for all the feedback. It made me feel better about going to jail and I dealt a lot of love. I have not heard anything about it and i f I do I will post it so you all know in case it happens to someone else.
Mp859If they were going to arrest you, they would've done it on the spot. Consider yourself lucky and chalk it up as a loss. Figure out what is causing the seizures and be careful man.

Seizures can be terribly bad dude, I'm assuming it's some pre-existing medical problem. I know that it is none of my business but if it's a lifestyle induced thing, please seek help bro. I'm a recovering addict myself and I know that it's no way to live.
Whatever the cause though, take care of yourself bro. We all wanna see you live a long happy life.

They searched your car because of the seizure, something similar happened to me in Berkeley a few years ago. Long story short the cops just wanted to know what I was on so I could get medical help, no charges were filed they didn't care about that. The ER doctors made me feel like a total druggy though assholes. I wouldn't worry about it, if you were going to be arrested you would have been.
I wouldn't be worried about the gear bro. What caused the seizure. Do you have epilepsy or is it something else. I'd be nervous about your health.
I think you got lucky on this one. They don't wait to get any drug to be tested first, you get arrested and it's tested while you wait to go to court.
it can take several months for your gear to be tested if they do choose they want to charge you. and an attorney is going to want a 5-10k retainer fee up front for this sort of thing. however, you do not know if you are being charged.
my advice would be to write everything down leading up to the event. everything you remember following the your crash too.
clear your home of any gear for up to 6 months. and wait to see if a warrant is executed.
It is very possible that you could get lucky. it doesn't sound like any cops asked you about the gear. normally they would try to find some way to trick you into identifying it at least so that it is easier to build a case against you.
in the event a warrant for your arrest is executed, keep mouth closed. and have a trustworthy attorney's number on speed dial.

First of all, mate, I am not sure what country you're in but let's assume it's the US (I spent almost a decade there and have plenty of experience with the law there...don't judge!). If so, then odds are that you would have woken up in the hospital bed but with a handcuff and a cop in the room...have been though this with a friend there. HOWEVER, before you crack open a beer and kick your feet up, they either have to have strong suspicion of the contents (if they were in the original vials saying what they were...guessing they were) or else they have to have the gear tested, whereas they COULD come back at you later. The fact that the doc knows about the as's means the cops HAD to have told them about them....not good.
In my honest opinion, I think they just confiscated it and you won't hear another thing about it...too small time. Even though roids are classified in the same category as the harder sh*t (again this is assuming the US) they are clearly never viewed or treated as the same level of severity when it comes to punishment.
Either way...smart move is to retain a lawyer just in case. WHATEVER you do, do not admit to ANYTHING! If you don't lawyer up now, make sure you keep your mouth totally shut if they do all of a sudden show up at your door ...which if it doesn't happen in the next few weeks...not gonna happen at all. Takes a few weeks to max to test anything. Trust me, they WILL do the "nice cop" thing and tell you that sh*t will be easier if you just tell them the truth now..blah blah blah...it's B.S.

I'm home from the hospital. The cops never said anything to me they just took it. He came back to the hospital and told me where he parked my car took down info like they always do. Nothing important and left. I don't really think anything will happen but being watched for a Lil to see if I'm pushing.
yo could be lucky, it does happen, about 5 years ago my mate was at work, when he returned there was a calling card on the front door from the detectives, they took his sword collection - 130+ collectable/ antiqe swords worth a fortune, 2 pounds of weed, ammo, and gun parts, they never ever contacted him, they just took it and never done shit.
no.. if they thought you were a dealer they'd have been all over you like white on rice ... at the very least consult with an attny and clean the house out

Well a little advice from what happened to my brother...... He was close to od on ecstasy and ketamine they rushed him to hospital, confiscated 15 tabs and nothing happened just needed counseling for o that's all! Ecstasy I'm my state is very serious, more serious than meth or juice
if you used a fake name on the package and your finger prints arent on the prodcts who knows who left it in the car, probably that dde yo gave a lift home from the gym yesterday, freddy.

If they were going to do something they would've arrested him they don't let you go and give you the chance to run, just doesn't work that way. They can arrest you on suspicion these days lol. Possession is 9 tenths of the law when you get pulled over in a car with drugs the driver gets it they don't need you to admit to anything. Point is nothing was done so he should lay low. When I was a juvenile, I was arrested for drugs. My lawyer went on and on about how the official lab testing had a wait of six months to be completed to the judge as some defense.
Its sooner now in the state.i am from. The way we were told was there wont be any more 90 day PR bonds..guys...we are gettin results back quicker now....probably more labs out there that are certified...idk

Possibly just confiscated it. If they do not press charges I would forget about it. Plain View Doctrine states they can act on any illegality if seen in plain view while they are legally present. If they pursue to use that as probable cause for a home search, then it would be best to lawyer up.

Agree...tell atty everything. The whole truth. Pay the atty for his time, if u have too. DA of district would love to know about legal inconsistencies underneath him. Be professional. U and atty have an attorney client relationship. I am fron a small town so it may different for u.
If the package was opened it is not mail tampering so consider it a loss, LE confiscated it for themselves. If you are not handcuffed to the bed you are not under arrest. It would be lime the people who call tje police because they tried to buy drugs and got ripped off. They know if you say something you are under arrest. My advice is take your stash and move it out of your house immediately as you are now on tje radar of the happy cop that has a nice cycle now. Talk to an attorney who will more then likely tell you to cut your losses. Be honest, you were excited and instead of waiting to get home you opened the package right? Otherwise they would not have taken it and if they did it would be in your discharge bag from the hospital.

He must have opened it up...x2 on moving stash...with the quickness too...gave a theoretical view point on an atty....i know one well that loves dirt and llives for it. I would then be paranoid so I would not be ordering for at least 6 months to a year or maybe not at all.. Get an atty. They had right to search secondary to probable cause. But they cant open sealed post addressed to u. U havent been charged with anything. Are u in custody?
Not sure about warrant to search house. They have to take pictures for evidence, if they didnt, then their case is weak if they proceed to investigate. If u have any doctor friends, can u get a script for anything?

If u leave against medical advice, it will look weird. Ask if ur stable enough for doc to release and follow up, either mon or tues. Was the aas sealed in a package? Have u had seizures before? U may be out the aas and money u spent on it worse case scenario. Your stuff is sitting on a desk or its at one of the officer's possession.

Ur lucky right now. U could request a copy of the police report and have someone pick it up. Or, just leave it alone and hope ur outta the woods. I had a friend who lifted with an officer. He let the officer keep his stash. He said it was safer that way...he had a lot of everything though...
First, I would get an attorney NOW. I do believe they had the right because they had probably cause. You were incapacitated and they proceeded to search your car to determine if you took anything which may have caused the seizure since waiting for you to wake up could delay treatment.
This part I'm not sure about but since they found in your car they may be able to get a warrant for your house.
If they determine what it is in my state that is probable cause for a search warrant for the residence
