PIP OR NO PIP
Ok I started my first cycle and pinned my delts first. no pip at all so i enjoyed that. had been doing gh for months so i didnt know what pip was. then i hit my quad and SHIT i was making excuses in mma class as to why i was limpin and aaskin them to avoid striking the quad. I have been rotating delts for the prop but the e i was going to rotate quads. was nervious on the second try on quads so i went back and re-watched the videos on proper pinning quads. well i must say i must have done something wrong because i have absolutely no PIP this time. i did move the site just a little lower for this one and that may have done the trick. so i am wondering if thats what all the PIP is all about, finding just the right spot to avoid having the symptoms. any opinions???

well seems it was operator error cause i moved site "down and to the left" and no more so thats that guys thanks for the input.
tread-mI have known people with zero pip and others with pip so bad they literally left gear. Have a cousin that stopped prop about three shots in swelling so bad it was allergic like....so some will have pip off and on and then you have none for a while and boom, cant walk for 3 days. So while many have pip that is very consistent, pip is just all over the place in terms of the individual. I have petty much none because of the long term use but still get a little bite on occassion only lasting a few minutes though usually if I do at all....no real standard on it other than most have it for at least a time an many never get over it...so, hurry up and wait is all you can do Joe. Do all the things you can to minimize it though as I know you have discussed.
Maybe, Virgin................muscle.
yea thats what i heard but will location make the difference, cause one time PIP seems unlikely.
Northern Gearimho glutes are most pain free. location does make a difference for sure, for instance you dont want that needle to locate a nerve...needle+nerve=giant muscular little girl.
