Opiates and Long term damage

ad

Yes I ask alot of questions. lol

Being an addict. Been off the blue devils for 2 years. Been off suboxone for 2+ years. I'm wondering if a long addiction (span of a few years.I honestly don't even know when it all started) to vicodin can cause long term test decline.

To clarify, I know the addiction got real bad once my mother died but I used casually and more and more frequently before I lost my mom. when I started using casually. I have no idea.It was a long time before that.

Suboxone is the devil try to get off it. for me kicking subs was worse than dope

I kick myself every day for now getting labs done before my cycle. I will never know what normal was for me. Good luck with the sub treatment. It def saved me from the falling into a darker hole. I won't lie, I had a tough time getting off it but I dealt with it and am so glad I did it. I never thought I would. I would do fine all day then night red around, and restless leg kicked in and I would crawl out of my own skin. Doc gave me seroquil so I could go into coma lol. That shit kicked my ass.

So back to the question. I you don't think it did long term damage to you? Are you on TRT because you are on sub?

What would define as casual? Probably a little different but when my dad passed! I needed one a night to sleep!!! For probably a year!

needing them to sleep is a problem. I define casual as having some beers on the weekends and popping a few. weekends led to weekdays, weekdays led to every 4 hours to stop withdrawal symptoms.
