You have some growing up to do Jack. And something to think about, you hit that lady if there is anyone else around they are coming for you, if she has brothers, cousins, friends, etc. They are coming for you. Plus you'll likely catch a case and get beat up in jail for it too. Just not worth it.

I used to wanna beat up anyone and everyone that got in my way when i drank! So i solved it.. I stopped drinking!! Id had 30-40 assault charges in the past and i wasnt about to lay my hands on my pregnant fiancee.... And when i was drunk i was poisoned i just couldn't see the good in life!

When shit was all bad in my home. I focused on me and workef on being the type of man and father that i can be proud of. So when my woman fucks up or starts talking trash, when i say "Do you really think i deserve this?" She has to say "no" because she knows I'm a good man no matter what her F-ed up emotions are telling her at the moment.
A word of advice...things get better if you decide to not be hateful to her, because that shit brings them down and just comes back to bite you

Felt that way plenty of times. Just dont ever let it go there. I realized that arguing when you know she wont let you win or make your point no matter how right you are is useless. You just need to decide not to engage in fighting when you know it wont gey you anywhere. If it is you starting it out of frustration, then....stop. If it is her ...tell her "i am not willing to fight with you anymore" and ignore any negative thing she says. If she wont stop tell het your going to go somewhere else till she calms down. Women want to continue the fight once pissed off. Make sure you try to End the fight NOT continue it, because if your bring an asshole or even if not.... You'll never win
