I had the pleasure of going to the NorCal fit expo today in Santa Clara! It was truly amazing to see that many things fitness related! From supplement samples, power lifting, strong man, crossfit and a TON of other stuff! The highlight of the day was getting to meet Rich Piana and Phil Heath! Rich's size in person literally makes him a monster...photos and videos do not do him justice! I even ran into/met Boston Lloyd who was there just to check stuff out, also a really friendly guy and was down for a photo op as well. Just curious, did any other west coast guys make it out to this expo?

Yeah Rich is a cool ass dude...definitely sick to see him in person too as you said! When I walked up to him he said "what's up big guy?" lol...got the seal of approval from the man himself. My biceps are on par with his but not even close with tri's/delts. Phil is also a great person who I was able to spend a good amount of time with talking about bodybuilding stuff. Glad you has a great experience at the expo definitely fun being in a place with so many fitness enthusiasts and elite athletes!

Yesterday and today in Santa Clara
I was in town and actually wanted to check it out, but had some business to take care of. A couple buddies went and had a blast. One of them was really stoked to meet Billy Blanks. I had to give him some shit about tae-Bo.

Not that it matters...but it was actually 2013 Ultimate Fitness Expo in Santa Cruz. The Santa Clara expo looked well worth it though.

I was waiting for my wife and he was just standing right next to me...so I pulled the "hey man, your Boston Lloyd, right?" I mentioned that I had seen his videos online. He was friendly and talked for a minute.
