+ 1 Nolvadex experience . For anyone not having luck any other ways
I had or still do slightly have , gyno , its stuck around going on about 3 years now. its didnt get real bad but it was noticble to me . I lived with it for that time and so i finally started looking and researching what would work aside from surgery to get rid of it. Ive read letro , nolvadex , to name a couple , would get rid of it , and ive read that theres nothing you can do but have surgery done. I decided to try nolvadex after talking to someone from a forum and he recommended it. Im writing this because I havent read any posts like the one i am about to post , I havent read about gyno thaat was left untreated, if you will. So anyway i got the nolvadex , took 30 mgs a day and after only 8 weeks Its basically all gone, maybe 95% gone at least id say. I cant say that it will definately work for everyone but i can say that i had gyno and i didnt do anything about it for a few years and i took nolvadex for 8 weeks and it seriously went away . I hope that one day someone in a similiar situation will find my post and find it useful in making a decision about it. Its embarrasing to talk about of course but i dont care , fuck it , its gone now so no worries and nothing to be embarrassed about. I took 10mgs morning , lunch time , and dinner time . hope this helps someone. I cant speak for how long it will stay this way , im assuming and hoping its permanent. If you havent tried nolvadex its worth a shot , $50 and my problem was solved , at least i hope it was solved and not just a bandaid , Anyone else got any inisght , .

When i used to run test e cycle on its own, id use nolvadex.
Much cleaner feeling and done the job.
$50 and your problem was solved. Sounds like another informercial lol. Anything to do with Instapot? I get get gyno just from looking at test so on cycle i take 20mg/day and no sides.
Yes first i put the nolvadex in the instapot for preciselly 29.625 minutes at 133 degree Farenheit . Only then will it work . If you do not heat in an instapot it will actually make it worse . True Story
Molinin302If you've recent posts, you would have seen that vitamin B6 is very effective at taking care of these issues. I dunno guy, there's people that care on here. Many people that care, and we take time to offer the bits of knowledge that we have to help the members of this community we are a part of. I hope you're sincere, but in all reality, even if you're not, advice will still be given. B6. 300-400mg daily to start. Best wishes buddy.
My intentions are to inform anyone who may have been dealing with exactly what i said , gyno that they didnt treat right away . it sucks and its embarrasing when you have it , it makes you not want to take off your shirt anywhere , so i hope that it helps someone else who doesnt know what to do, I tried b6 and i tried zinc , i tried several things that was suggested to me and it didnt help . There was one person who told me that nolvadex works for 100% of people who he suggested to try it , it may not get rid of 100% of the gyno but it always works . SO that is why i chose to try it and im very gald i did. IT didnt bother me that much at first , it was when i lost a little weight and muscle that it showed more in a bad way . Anyway man i just hope someone reads this and tries it because i am extremely glad that i tried it. I havent see any post where someone said they had gyno for 3 years and _____ is how they got rid of it . maybe i overlooked but i searched

which is it? Typically 5mg a day is a good flattener but of course adjust if needed. How big was your lump?
Im also wondering if i should just keep taking the Nolvadex since i never stop taking test . I dont know . The gyno wasnt caused by me being on testosterone , it was caused by running a cycle a few years ago and using no AI or pct and not knowing what the hell i was doing . one of the reasons for joining eroids
I took 10mgs at night for 13 weeks. Some ladies have taken it for five years secondary to cancer. If you're TRT is dialed in right, then your E2 should not move too much in either direction, but that's why BW is completed. Tamoxifen does decrease igf, which could.put your tendons at risk.
Research the drug completely before blindly experimenting.

It wasn't caused by taking test. But was caused by running a cycle. Which means test caused it. You should educate yourself a little bit more. You got lucky. Be more responsible with what you do with your body bud. You only get one your whole life.
30 , I missed a zero. It was recommended that i take 40 mgs a days , for gyno thats been left untreated. I started at 20 actually and after two weeks i bumped it up to 30 . its worked for me . I dont know if 30 is high or what but it worked . and i didnt have any side effects what so ever . I also was and still am taking testosterone . I never come off the test tho . The lump was about the size of a couple of peanut MandM's
