Terephthalic Pt...Eh I'd rather die early than give up red meat. It's literally my favorite thing in the whole world right above milk. Nothing better than a good steak. NOTHING.
Bring it on heart disease. I'd rather die at 40 and eat beef than give it up and live to 100.
breakingfaceThat's always a younger mans attitude. But when your 50 and you have a great family/grand kids... All the sudden you want all the time in the world.
Terephthalic Pt...Maybe so, but it's not like people haven't been eating beef in the US for a long long time. None of my family has dropped dead from heart disease yet so I think I'll probably be fine.
all i eat is red meat
breakingfaceYikes! Gotta mix it up bro. I do a constant rotation of lean beef, chicken, pork, fish. For health reasons and so nothing gets old.
I seen this on the news last night. I'm not too quick to buy all in to this. It peaks my interest but I would like to read up on it a bit more before I draw my own conclusion.
breakingfaceI absolutely agree.
I don't see horse meat on that list?
Guess this adds to the list of ways I am gonna die.
AnonHuh, I take a 500 mg carnitine supliment every night
