Seems to me there must be a great deal of missunderstanding about the General Section and the Off Topic section. The names can be deceiving but this description and these examples may help you out.

Now I know you cant get karma in off topic, but maybe theres a reason for that .

General section is for discussions pertaining to steroid use, fitness, this lifestyle . Not cool videos, rants about your neighbor, the chinsey bucket of chicken you just bought, or ways to get the stains out of your favorite fur coat , unless of course its from spilling a bottle of deca500 on it.
