well G it may be the lack of sleep, or it may very well be a result from your gear as members have suggested below, and it may be a combination of them as well. in case you change your gear, get good sleep, and are still feeling sluggish, try going to a nutritionist and get tested. there could be a whole slew of reasons why your feeling sluggish, possibly not getting enough iron, you could be allergic to gluten, etc. a nutritionist will narrow this down for you.
by the way gluten is practically in everything a normal person consumes in this day and age, and if by chance you do have a gluten allergy you can feel fatigued as a result. from my own personal experience i have been tested by a nutritionist, and found that i do have a gluten allergy. once i removed the majority of gluten from my diet i noticed a huge spike in energy, and i stopped getting fatigued to the point only a nap would fix.
gluten is a protein found in grains. not all grains have a high amount of gluten protein, so the effects vary. people who are gluten intollerant mainly do not consume wheat, barley, malt, or rye. gluten can be passed into our meats that we consume as well when eating meats that have been fed a high grain diet.
so try changing your gear, try getting more sleep, and if that doesnt solve the problem get checked out by a nutritionist.
Just bought some unisom from rite aid. Compound is Doxylamine. Going to bed at 9 pm everyday now! I also bought some iron tablets in case that was a problem.
I would suggest only making one change at a time so you know what your problem was when you start feeling better.
Start with a few nights of good sleep (lack of sleep being your most likely problem).
If you don't see improvement in a few days then take other measures.
Personally I would see a doctor and get a blood test before taking iron supplements.
Hey bro I had the same problem and I found a supl called green vibrance. It has types of grasses probiotics veggies and a whole buch of other stuff. I've been taking it once a day for about three months and it has made a huge difference. I work to jobs have 10month old twins and 6 dogs and train. Its helped others that I turned on to it. Most vit stores carry it but its almost half price on amazon and you can also read all the reviews. Good luck
I'm currently eating about 5k cals, lots of carbs, lots of protein, moderate fat. I guess I get the sluggish feeling on the days where I only get 6 hours or less of sleep. I usually don't feel normal unless I get about 8-10 hours. Even so I get burned about around 5 pm after school where I have to take a nap before gym<--- is this normal?
Not taking any AI's letro made me feel horrible in my last prohormone cycle.
You're one of the guys that absolutely needs 8-9 hours sleep per night. & or, you're over training/not getting enough rest in & out of the weight room, brother. Cut back a little in the gym, either sets/reps/intensity, or a combination if all, star taking Korean red panax ginseng, mixed w/on essential amino acid before, & during workouts. See if that doesn't fix it... gotta hit the rack. Kmi
I sometimes make super strong coffee, use triple the amount of grounds, and drop a couple ice cubes in it and chug it... that does a lot more for me than any redbull or 5-hour energy? It's in my budget too!
Why you have two more cups, so on & so forth. On a side note, I like coffee, & If you mix Korean red panax ginseng root powder w/any caffeine you get an amplified effect. W/no crash : )
get bloodwork done if your diet and everything is on point its possible youre anemic (iron deficiency) it which case your diet would not be on point bc u will need iron supplementation..kind of hard to give advice with no details
DT-SwoleJust talked to the supplier big d. Only getting PART of my stuff replaced.... kind of dissapointed.
